In all honesty, I’m seriously puzzled as to how this hotel is a 5 star?! Someone definitely got a brown envelope lol, so when we arrived we were put in a room on the second floor “with city view” which simple meant we were on the side of the road, however please don’t be fooled!! The hallway smelt like urine, The sound proofing was horrendous, there may aswell not have been a window or a door for that matter, also even after requesting a double bed was given a room with two singles, obviously after complaining we were moved (a day later as it was full). We were moved to the 5th floor which was a lot better, but the sound proofing again was a joke, there were loads of school kids there (which is apparently a regular occurrence) they were running up and down the corridors screaming till 4AM every day. The staff were very helpful however and the best part of the hotel, in fairness they tried to deal with all our issues as best they could, the funniest part was that our room was under the gym and when somebody was on the treadmill we could hear them running and the room was shaking. Also be warned parking is NOT free!!! It’s €15 euros a day which you pay to their “partner” hotel. The biggest issue however, was the bathroom smelt like Drainage, and when we forgot to shut the door the whole room smelt. It would go for a couple hours when they’d clean the room but it was horrible!! Honestly, I’d probably never stay here again, which I’m shocked to say about a 5star hotel.

Was travelling with kids so i knew i would spend evenings at the room. Big comfortable and nice room

Very minimal service with slow front fest staff who made me almost miss my flight because they lied about having called a cab for me. I realized they had called their friend instead of a real cab (so nepotic). Only to realize that the friend could only take cash and I could not pay by card. So I was forced to get a new taxi after 25 minutes of waiting. So unprofessional staff

Highly recommended. Complimentary bottle of water,red wine and desserts. Room safe. Toiletries. Good location to central railway station. Hopon hopoff stop in front of hotel

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and delicious with a wide selection of nutritious choices.

The staff was really helpful and the location is convenient to connect with the hop on hop off buses that take you to major sites in Athens. Would stay again if I’m ever in Athens!

Secondary door lock was broken, end of curtain hanging away from hooks, bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned before or during stay (grubby from previous use), Ass print on pinks velour chair (a-hole very visible) The staff was very good. I didn’t mention any of the concerns as I felt I could work around them- but I wouldn’t stay here again

Bellman/Doorman was super kind and courteous. Helped with luggage to store. Gave good places to have lunch. Overall, he (forgot his name-tall, slim handsome man with an accent) took very good care of us. Felt very welcome!

Lo recomiendo mucho, del Aeropuerto al hotel en Metro 45min. Línea Azul y cambiar a la roja. La parada del metro está a 30mts muy cómodo. Los alrededores parecen sucios pero es bastante seguro nadie se mete con nadie. Hay una cafetería al lado. Los cuartos limpios, cómodos. En el 6to piso tiene un Rooftop con un Bar muy agradable. El personal de recepción muy amables. Caminando a 12min. Está Monasteraky Vale la pena este hotel .

Hotel is safe. Difficult to run a AC all night. Bar staff is nice. Property says it has a pool but it’s smaller than a kiddie pool

Perfect place for us on short trip. Front desk staff was amazing. Great restaurant recommendations.

I probably should give two stars as our air conditioner never really worked well during our stay. The staff were pleasant if not really friendly. The property was clean in the sense of a dorm at the start of a semester. There is a nice bakery next door.

The phone in my room is not working. I had to run back and down to report the issue to the front desk. I had to set the morning call because I don’t want to miss the flight. The dryer was not good and I had to get the other one from the front desk. There was no even face tissue. And the shampoo and body wash were empty while I took shower. There is no to go breakfast prepare which the other hotel can be prepared the to go breakfast if the customers have to leave early for their flight. I am requesting the credit for my room. It is a bad experience.
