Superb hotel and it's amenities

Staff: not interested, poor welcome, empty hotel but no initiative to offer an upgrade (even paid), room booked says mountain view, but is essentially the back of the property which is an unkept slope. Room: small, and should not allow us to book for 4 plus luggages, essentially we’re crabbing in the room. In room service: concierge insist we use the non-existent QR code in the room. When they realised there’s no QR code in our room (older room), they suggest we come down to reception to collect otherwise it’s a fee to deliver to our room. Breakfast: Rubbish machine coffee provided, although barista onsite. Hotel does not advise you that the barista coffee for a cappuccino is included as part of your breakfast but any other drinks are chargeable. However, you will get a displeasing look from the barista if you go for a second as it’s only a single person running the set. Beautiful hotel but in sad state. Not lively at all considering it’s far from Athens city, some attempt to put some live into the hotel should be made. Staff need motivation or a turn-around of staff.

The room was very nice, clean no issues. The property is beautiful. It is secluded, you cannot walk to anything. There’s only one restaurant, the food was good, but it is expensive.

Way overpriced, only one restaurant open and at specific times, no entertainment offered. None of this was disclosed on website when booking! pool was so dirty nobody went in. All inclusive cost so much and couldn’t use it on a la carte or room service!!! I actually lost money on it. Front desk did not answer phone calls

The hotel experience was profoundly unsatisfactory, leading me to assert my entitlement to a refund for the entire night’s stay. We had reserved a suite with a private pool, which was disappointingly cold. Despite our request for heating, the staff informed us that it was not feasible. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual experience is unacceptable. While an alternative room with a hot tub was offered, its heater malfunctioned after repeated attempts. The room’s layout, featuring a steep and narrow staircase leading to the bedroom, appeared to be designed for additional staff. Furthermore, numerous fixtures and handles were broken within the room. The restaurant and dining area was similarly inadequate, resembling a dormitory cafeteria. Considering the substantial financial investment, we felt deeply deceived and underpaid for the accommodations provided. The room’s condition and the misrepresentation of the amenities were unacceptable. We express our profound disappointment with the experience. Brent Kulp

The staff, the room, the beach were all great. This is a wonderful place to stay for me when arriving or leaving Greece. I would particularly like to mention Alexandra at the front desk. There was a large group checking out and because almost everyone had some problem it was taking a long time. Alexandra handled everyone with a serene calmness that relaxed the guest. She was patient and competent. The hotel should be happy to have her. Rick Callahan.

I can’t wait to come back here! So family friendly! My only downside is that the room was small for the three of us in my opinion but we were just there for two days so it was fine.

Very lovely resort with several options for activities.

The property was truly quite beautiful but the staff was unfriendly. We were treated as though our questions and needs were a bother to them. The hotel restaurant was expensive and the food, uninspired and not very good…..certainly not worth the cost.

Hotel was clean. Staff pleasant and food was great.

Shower flooded bathroom, room smelled mildew, and nobody ever answers the phone.

Beautiful location, less than ideal room- good for families that don’t love their kids but want a resort vibe. Poolside bar playing music with generally mixed age crowd singing ABBA, Jon Bon Jovi, and Justin Timberlake until wee hours of morning tryna “get lucky”. Food in hotel restaurant subpar, but hotel staff was great! Really lovely folk & the waitress was excellent at her job. Close to airport, which is great, but don’t expect a ton of sleep the night before you fly!
