Amazing staff! Could not do enough for you and nothing was a trouble. Lovely room, own pool and jacuzzi! Good breakfast! Could definitely stay longer.

The best hotel experience in a long while. The bartender, Jonas was excellent and made our stay a perfect experience.

Beautiful scenery but hotel let down by dated rooms, lack of communication internally (we asked four times for our sofa bed to be made for our three year old), overall run down, pool side needs work, rooms need updating - considering what it could be!! Buffet food horrendous and expensive!

Terrible stay. There were bugs in my room and when I alerted the hotel staff she could care less. Also no airport shuttle available and very far from the airport. False information.

Our room smelled horrible. No kleenex, called for som but never received any. Will never go there again. Food was below average.

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous mosaic tile floors throughout. We were only there overnight. It looks like a really fun place for families with a beach, a pool, and outdoor games. We had a bungalow with a beautiful view. One of our outlets did not work. The bathroom was strange with the shower next to the sink with a frosted glass door and then the toilet was private with a little sink. The room was a good size.

El desayuno debe mejorar. Menos cantidad, más calidad. Cobran 4,5 € por un café en la cafetería durante el desayuno.

Showers leaked. WiFi didn’t work. On a very busy street. Lots of cars and ATV’s at night zooming by. We did get fresh towels each day.

arrived at 2 AM. With two kids who are obviously tired after a day of travel. Got given a room key… Got to the room to find someone else already sleeping inside. Imagine how bad that is from a safety perspective for the person in the room, that the hotel has given a key to their room to total strangers. And then took front desk nearly half an hour to get us into another room, which itself was haphazardly put together. they didn't leave any blankets for our kids, and we asked them to send some which they said they would, and at 3 AM, they not having arrived, we had to use towels as blankets for our kids. What did hotel offer us? a free breakfast. Another traveller told us we were not the first people to have been given a key to someone else's room which is extremely disturbing. i'm also totally shocked that they thought a free breakfast would compensate.

Staff was kind and professional. Property was clean and I would stay again.

Famille calme bien

Det var kun behov for å overnatte 1 natt mellom to flyreiser, men rommet var rent og stilfullt, og her kunne jeg bodd i mange dager om behovet var der. Personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Gulvet i baderommet ble fylt med vann langt utenfor selve dusjen. Jeg skled og mistet fotfeste på vei ut av dusjen og var på nippet til å skade meg selv alvorlig. Det var også intet luftavtrekk på baderommet og jeg måtte åpne vinduet for at vanndampen skulle slippe ut. Med vinduet åpent ble jeg litt eksponert for hotellets andre beboere. For øvrig var rommet glimrende.

The staff was very nice but overworked! The room needed upgrades- the door deadbolt didn’t work, the shower control was missing ( so just a hand held nozzle which worked fine), one of the reading lights wouldn’t turn off. My sheets were clean and it was very quiet but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

This is a very large facility. All the information is at the check-in counter. Meaning what time the meals are, what the Wi-Fi password is. There is nothing in the rooms to give you any little bit of information on the hotel which was very disappointing as you have to go down to reception to see what time everything is. Surely the very basics of information could be left in the rooms. It looked like they may have had information on the TV, but the link wasn’t working
