My stay here was pleasant. I definitely will return. The room was clean, quiet, and all the amenities worked well. Great staff, very accomodating.

Room was large with a lovely balcony. A short 7 minute to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants Small negatives was the room was a bit tired and I thought the daily cleaning could have been better. Worth it for the price and proximity.

It was great

Staff was great, had just the right amenities (patio, pool, AC, wifi all top notch), but particularly great was the location - a 5 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to the outsanding Grand Anse beach. If I come back to Grenada, for sure I'd stay here.

Beautiful views from hilltop rooms and suite. Almost perfect, one issue was lack of curtains on kitchen window.

As always the staff was courteous and very accommodating for an extended stay.

Fixtures dated. Outlets required adapter which wasn’t provided initially. Required transport to get to room.

Most everything about this hotel is fantastic and it is amazingly clean and well equipped. The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect. This would be an overall perfect rating if it were not for the lack of hot water in the apartment I stayed in (unit 53 top of hilltop).

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds and landscape were well looked after. The view from the room was beautiful. It was very close to the shopping mall and places were you can get something to eat. It was very close to the bus route to town. What I did not like was that we had to walk to our room which was on a hill and it was tiring to get there. They need to get a golf cart for transportation when necessary. There was not always hot water at night and early mornings- at these times the water was lukewarm so the shower was not always enjoyable. There were broken tiles in our room which was a safety concern and the safe to store valuables was not working. Also needed another garbage bin in the room besides the small one in the bathroom.

The room was very clean and well laid out. The staff were friendly and very helpful as well. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Grenada.
