1. Here is not a Hotel, we must call "Hostel" 2. No room cleaning, No towel change 3. Smallest bathroom and dirty 4. Many mosquito because of number 3 5. too noisy 6. there is no hair dryer, no fan, no A/C Anyway here is horrible place, I never stay again here never ever!!!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable, clean, well located. On a main street, yet very quiet. Nice patios for relaxing. Substantial breakfast is included.

Bonito hotel, cómodo, con Parqueo y el desayuno muy rico, servicio de personal excelente.

I liked the colonial feel and pretty plunge pool and breakfast terrace eating area. The staff were very friendly. It is well located within 5 m walking to the main square and the nearby streets have plenty of shops and restaurants and supermarkets. The roof terrace has a 360 view over the rooftops and volcanos surround.

Cockroach. On me. In bed. I think that’s all you need to know. I understand that bugs are part of life, but waking up to several cockroaches- on of them literally on me in bed is just too much. We left the hotel and lost hundreds of dollars since they wouldn’t refund our money, but we could not get comfortable after that.

It was walking distance to the main center of town. Employees were very nice loved it

En la descripcion de la habitacion familiar indican que es una cama king y dos individuales, cuando parece mas 3 individuales. El baño es realmente pequeño

Our stay at Casa Mia was great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We needed to leave our bags the last day and they kept our bags until the afternoon when we left Antigua without a problem. The breakfast was very delicious and the quantity was perfect. Overall the hotel and service was great. The only issue is that the bathrooms are small and for older people it’s hard for them to sit and stand up from the toilet bowl. I would suggest putting a hand rail next to the toilet bowl to help them stand since enlarging the bathroom isn’t a quick fix. But we would definitely stay again when we revisit Antigua.

Very, very small bathroom. The windows are covered with foil and you feel like in prison. The remote controllers in both rooms we used didn’t work in any of them

Property was ok, staff were friendly, nice small area around the pool. Room was quite plain, tiny bathroom. It was facing the street and was noisy. Only cold water tap at the sink.

Lo que no me gusto esq está la opción de pago en el establecimiento y cobran antes y cuando uno llega le dicen q NO aceptan dólares solo quetzales o tarjeta por lo tanto en la conversión cobran más ….si no aceptan la estadía en dólares no deberían anunciarla así y es abuso cobrar de la tarjeta sin aviso y mas caro por las transferencias….baños pequeños demasiados y se escuchaba el ruido de los pasillos y habitaciones

We were in transit, but we rested Ok in Casa Mia, nice people received us almost at midnight, kindly; great place with own parking, that's important.

The staff is incredibly friendly, comfortable enough bedroom and beds. The only thing I don’t truly like about the hotel is the fact that tue ventilation on the bathroom is shared with another room so you can basically hear everything that is happening next door.

The service and facilities surpassed my expectation, Hotel is located 2 blacks away from Central Park making it extremely accesible and close to multiple restaurants and commerce. Breakfast and wifi were included so that is always a plus.

Excelente, profesional y muy amable personal del hotel. A pocas cuadras del parque central. Habitación súper limpia y muy espaciosa. Wi-Fi, desayuno y parqueo completamente gratis. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para familias o personas individuales.

Muy bonitas instalaciones estilo colonial, bastante cerca del parque central y es uno de los únicos hoteles en Antigua con parqueo propio. Lo único que no nos pareció mucho es que las habitaciones son un poco cálidas y que no había agua caliente para bañarse.

Por temporada tuvimos que pagar mas de 200 dolares la noche en un lugar extremadamente pequeño, ruidoso, sin a/c con mosquitos, sin internet, sin agua caliente, sin ventilación adecuada (la unica ventana esta bloqueada por la cama), definitivamente NO VOLVERÍA y por mucho es el peor lugar, no puedo decir hotel porque no lo es, donde he estado en Antigua.

Muy acogedor y buen ambiente, el personal de servicio amable...
