호텔 아티틀란

굉장히 잘 관리된 정원과 자쿠지에서 바라보는 아띠뜰란 호수는 정말 눈을 즐겁게 만들어 줍니다. 방이 좀 춥긴 하지만, 그 외에는 모두 좋았어요. 방에 냉장고가 없고 나가려면 무조건 툭툭이를 타야하는데, 호텔에서 운영하는 툭툭이가 있어서 한 사람당 10께찰씩 지불하고 잘 타고 다녔습니다.

Es un hotel ideal si deseas descansar, disfrutar de las vistas del lago y volcanes, es un espacio con un diseño exquisito, los jardines están maravillosos, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, las comidas en restaurantes no son las mejores sería el único pero que le pongo por el precio que tienen, pero todo lo demás es excelente

this place was amazing. the most beautiful and relaxing hotel. i went with my mom and we had the best time ever. the food was so good. the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. i highly recommend this place!!!

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Atitlán. The staff was extremely attentive, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and good overall; while they could benefit from some renovation updates, the hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was spectacular everything we tried was delicious, and the drinks from the bar were excellent as well. The breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best we have had in quite some time, with a great variety and quality. The only aspect we did not particularly like was the check-out and check-in schedule. Check-out is at 11:00 AM while check-in is at 3:00 PM, which can feel a bit limiting, especially for guests staying only one night, since it reduces the amount of time available to fully enjoy the property and amenities. If possible, I would recommend considering a later check-out time, perhaps around 1:00 PM, as many hotels offer. I believe that small adjustment would make the overall experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we truly enjoyed our time there.

The property is exquisitely beautiful, well taken care of and cozy. We loved walking around & getting lost in the garden. The restaurant was very convenient & the view from the room was amazing. The only downsides are no AC (which wasn’t a problem for us because we stayed there in May) and no fridge in the room. Regardless it was such a pleasant stay I would give it a 5.

The room was cute! The floors were dirty when we got there but they eventually got cleaned. I also didn’t know that there would not be AC. There was only a fan in the room. Grounds were beautiful and well kept!

Great stay at this property. A true oasis after a long travel day. The pool was great, food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay, didn’t really need to leave the property - especially poolside…

The place looks magnificent. Great gardens, and excellent view. However extremely poor value for money. We paid more than USD 320 per night and we got nothing for that amount: No coffee in the room, no minibar, no body lotion, no iron, no bath robes, no gim, no shuttle services to the main city street. The hotel restaurant has poor menu and very expensive. To summarize - very poor value for the money we had paid.

Absolutely stunning hotel and views everywhere! Loved it

Beautiful hotel — I was amazed. The labyrinth garden was extremely well maintained and aesthetically beautiful; it was a huge highlight of the property. The restaurant was amazing, and the service and attention to detail were impeccable. The reception staff was also very helpful and professional. The staff overall seemed very well trained and catered to guests in a way that felt effortless yet all-encompassing, if that makes sense.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free.

Just 1 of the waiters had a preference to serve better the euro american custumers. When i asked for the same drink in a bottle he replied by saying no glass containers near the pool which is safer but them were getting glass bottles so he had no choice but to give the same sarvice but he wasn't happy.. so treating others better is wrong you as Guatemalan must respect people of all walks of life .paying customers deserve that.
