Location is amazing, very central and easy to get to many places in Antigua. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, very safe and front door entrance locked at all times with staff opening the door for vacationers to keep the hotel guests safe. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were amazing, very attentive to make our vacation memorable. We had a nice courtyard across from our room, with outdoor seating and was really great for morning breakfast and evening drinks. Hotel staff were very helpful in securing taxi's for us to safely go to excursions, and other travel in Antigua given the language barrier. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to see during our stay. The bathroom toilet seats do not fit the toilet making it very uncomfortable to use the bathroom without feeling like you would fall into the toilet. Highly recommend the hotel replace them to fit the toilet otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating. Overall, I would give them a 4.5 star rating and I would stay there again if they would fix the toilet seats. It sounds a bit strange but it was very. uncomfortable and we even discussed bringing our own $20 toilet seat with us, LOL. Great vacation, wonderful staff, and good hotel outside of one minor bathroom issue!

It was just what we needed. We were in rooms 1 & 2. I would suggest room 2 for anyone looking to stay here as room 1 is close to the street so you cannot really open the window. Hotel was clean and we we’re able to check in early as well.

This was a great place for us to stay during our time in Antigua. The location was perfect for walking around town and the front desk attendant kept the door locked at all times which made us feel safe and secure in the hotel. The breakfast each day was delicious and fresh and we enjoyed eating in the little open air garden patio. Each day the room attendants cleaned and made the beds so that everything was perfect and spotless. My only concern was the shower. The design was such that you couldn't help but get water all over the floor and soak the bathmat. Bo matter what I tried I couldn't prevent that due to the glass wall being way too short and the spray of the water too powerful. Don't get me wrong- the water pressure and temp are both excellent, they just need a better design for the wall. Overall it was a great stay!

Great peoperty

Friendly personal, attend our questions and request but there were no hot water in shower. We were running late for an appointment so we didn’t get the chance to put a complaint.
