위치, 방 크기, 숙소 모두 만족 조식이 얼마 안되는데 포함이었으면 더 좋았겠다

Staff were helpful, big rooms, good breakfast, close to main area

The room was clean and was cleaned regularly. Included breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located at the top of Calle Santander, within walking distance to many cafés, restaurants and the lake. There is also big supermarket nearby. Recommended 10/10

The entrance to the property has art that welcomes the traveler with recognition of members of the community in the past. The hotel welcomes the traveler with a wonderful new generation of professionals in the field of tourism, hosting, and many other professionals that make proud the community.

Nice property but our room was next a property that had pigs and smelled badly, and unhealthy

Check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was nice, although a little bit dated, but overall it was clean and had good amenities, like a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and dining, and although about 800 meters from the launches (to visit our towns along the lake), it was a level walk

Fantastic stay. Terrific garden setting, large rooms, rooftop terrace , very helpful staff and excelkent breakfast.

My daughter and I only stayed one night. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful. The room was old and very simple; however it was clean. Breakfast was underwhelming - coffee was horrible and juice is not offered. I asked the receptionist for extra towels and she told me I had towels. I told her I needed two extra hand towels. She said she would bring them and never did.

This hotel in villas was an oasis of calm a block away from the clamor of the main road. Waking up to Birdsong is one memory I will cherish in this place. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast good too. It’s located about a 10 minute walk from the Atitrans shuttle stop or the Embarcadero, and about 15 minutes from the public beach. I recommend this for anyone thinking of staying in Panajachel.

This hotel exceeded expectations being located within a gated property and the staff was helpful. The surrounding gardens were pretty. Breakfast is only served 7:30-9 so we missed breakfast after a late arrival. The hotel is located near restaurants. The surrounding area is not quiet; however, convenience was worth the noise. You can arrange for private transportation from the airport directly with the hotel, which was helpful.

I recently stayed at the Jabel Tinamit as a solo traveler. The place is absolutely beautiful, it feels like you are living in a beautifully lush garden. The staff were so friendly and accommodating as I broke my phone and staff graciously allowed me to maintain contact with my loved ones which put my mind at east. My room was clean, spacious and water was provided for me everyday. Breakfast was really nice as you have options. The only draw back to this paradise is the noise from the nightclubs at night. It was difficult to drown out, but eventually I drifted off to sleep. I definitely recommend for safety for solo travelers and it is right near Calle Santander where all the action is.

Beautiful courtyard. Spacious and clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. A few steps from Avenida Santander with many restaurant options.

Pleasant place to stay; reasonable breakfast; free instant coffee and purified water available all day. Music in the background all night from a bar/club nearby.

Une très bonne adresse pour Panajachel. Les chambres sont distribuées autour d'un beau jardin. A deus pas de la rue commercante Santander. Il ne manque rien.

It was amazing

All staff were friendly and helpful. Very kind and nice people. I just didn’t like that our bedroom was right behind the dining area. Very noisy after 6:30 am.
