럭셔리 빌라스 안티구아

No lo recomiendo para un viaje familiar, la piscina es pequeña, el apartamento no tiene ventilación y se encierra un aroma a húmedo complejo de aguantar. A parte que no hay reglas para la piscina, hubieron personas fumando y tomando en el área, lo cual no es apropiado para niños. Tampoco hay una limpieza parcial, ya que yo estuve 2 días y la basura y los trastes se acumulan.

En General muy buena opción. Si vas por fiesta está un poco retirado del centro, pero el entorno y las comodidades del hotel excelente

Ubicación, tiene. Transporte gratis a ubicaciones de antigua, servicios del personal y decoración muy buena. Los colchones de las camas muy malos, viejos, el baño poca limpieza en las duchas. Sugerencia colocar ventiladores y cambiar la ropa de cama.

La limpieza y el mantenimiento del lugar es impecable. La ubicación es excelente, a pesar de no quedar en dentro de La Antigua, la ciudad es muy accesible, incluso a pie.

The location is perfect. The shuttle is convenient and the driver was really nice. Communication with the administrators isn't the best, you need to be very persistent if you want to get a response from them. The bathroom had a really bad smell. The laundry unit is convenient, however the area was really dirty, the washer was full of dirt. There were tons of old towels dirty. You will probable nerd to bring your own towels because the one provided are not clean or usable at all. I'm getting married in June. We rent the villas for our guests, I'm nervous about it. Keeping my fingers crossed that by then the Villas are cleaner and the communication more effective.

Muy buena experiencia. Villa bien decorada y equipada. Hay movilidad para trasladarte al centro de Antigua. Zona tranquila.

Rentamos una villa de una Habitación. Resulta funcional si deseas cocinar y tener el plus de ahorrar en este aspecto. Tuvimos una fuga en el lavamanos, la cual nos la arreglaron en el transcurso del día. La habitación no era muy cómoda al igual que la cama y el mobiliario. En general era muy caliente la habitación.

The property is located at an amazing place very close to the entrance of Antigua. Entrance is through a gate with a security guard. The property is very well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees. The staff is very friendly. The apartment is spacious with room for up to 8 people. The first floor consists of a living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom and a small laundry room. The second floor is a small open space with to beds a second bathroom and on top of it a kind of mezzanine with two mattresses accessed by a very precarious ladder. The towels and sheets look old. You can hear the morning traffic from the villa, which is not very annoying. There are problems with the architectural design of the villa. Illumination is poor. There is only one window for the whole apartment. Most important ventilation is non existing. You can open the only window in the apartment, but it is not enough, especially for the ones staying in the second floor. You really feel like suffocating. If the owners would install air conditioning or at least provide fans in the bedrooms I would really recommend this place to anyone. I have to give credit and justice to a very very nice place with important shortcomings.

My brother came to visit at 7 pm one day they wouldn't allow him on the property. I talked to the manager and was told they didn't have to let anyone on the property that wasn't a guest. After I made a call to the person I had contacted to rent the villa she relented and let them in. Mty brother is a minister not a thug and was hurt by the managers rebuke

El lugar es muy bonito pero hace falta limpieza el baño dejaba mi chocolate que desear y en las habitaciones no hay ventilación por lo cual es caliente

Beautiful location, entrance, & we loved the living room area downstairs! Upstairs was the problem. 2 twin beds were shoved in a room so it was very tight. In both rooms it felt so hot even with the windows open and with the AC fan blowing, but nothing helped! We are from Louisiana and the heat index reaches 112 degrees so we can stand some heat, but it was unbearable. The rooms upstairs just didn’t feel like the air was circulating at all. The toilet kept clogging up in one bathroom. We found a dead cockroach in the closet. We only had 3 towels and they were just laying on the bed, and we had 4 people! There were no pillow cases on any of the pillows, so gross! Downstairs on the pull out couch, no linens were provided at all! When I asked why there was no fresh water in the gallon, they said we had to buy our own... When we talked to the owner we basically told her we were not comfortable with the villa. Nothing was really done, except given some pillow cases. My mom and I were so uncomfortable there that we went and stayed at a hotel for the remaining 7 days! We understand that we had a booking, but our expectations were not even close to being met at this villa. We have stayed at various hotels in Antigua and stay 1-2 times a year, and unfortunately we would not recommend this villa to anyone.

Las instalaciones en el exterior son muy bonitas,elegantes y de muy buen gusto, pero la villa que nos dieron en si la numero 63 no cumplió con mis expectativas por lo siguiente: * La cama de cuarto principal muy incómoda y al mismo tiempo la base de madera hacia un ruido exagerado. *Trate de descansar en la sala y me comían los zancudos. *La única manera de ver TV. Es sentado en las sillas de madera del comedor ya que está está muy mal ubicada donde no puedes desde la sala verla. *Las paredes blancas están muy sucias les hace falta pintar las. *Si alguna persona sufre de claistrofia no es recomendable esa villa ya que es completamente encerrada, sólo una habitación tiene luz al exterior y es una muy pequeña ventana cerca del piso. * Muy confuso el sistema de check in, y check out , ya que nadie lo orienta a uno, de nuestra parte nadie nos pidió la llave de la villa y por poco nos la llevábamos. * Cuando elegí mi habitación muy claramente decía: ACCESO DIRECTO A PISCINA Y VISTA A LAS MONTAÑAS lo cual fue falso ya que ni ventanas tenía. * El baño del primer nivel nunca tuvo agua caliente por lo cual no era util * Nunca nos hicieron un inventario de utensilios de cocina. * No existe en los baños extractor de olores, y no se mira aire acondionado para tiempo de verano. En GENERAL EN CLASIFICACIÓN DE INSTALACIONES DE EXTERIOR DE 1 A 10 . DOY LA CLASIFICACIÓN DE 9, PERO DE LA VILLA EN SI DOY UN 3. O QUIZÁ 2. ESA VILLA EN ESPECÍFICO NO LA RECOMENDARIA.

The condominium where the villas are located is nice. It is not inside Antigua, but very near, so that was not a problem. The pool is very small but it was enough for my kids. What was disappointing for me was the state of the towels and linens...very old and worn down. The villas do not offer daily room service (they told me they do it every 3 days and I only stayed for 2 nights), but they didn't even offer any implements in case you wanted to clean a little yourself. The towels were not changed, and I had no place to dry them since we had used the pool. I definitely think the owners should invest a little and change the towels and offer better linens...it would make a huge difference in the overall experience. I hope the owners can read this and take it as a suggestion so that they can improve.

Apathetic unhelpful staff. Filthy cleaning cloth in room. Worst part was no AC no fans and no windows on upper lever. Hot and horrible. Way to far from town centre. Worst hotel in our 3 weeks trip.

When I did my reservation it stated that check out was at 12pm and they kicked us out at 10am. I went to have breakfast into town only to find housekeeping in my room when I came back at 10:15. Pool was not nice at all, it was not like it showed on their website. I do not recommend it.

NO a/c, no wifi, no staff, what else can I say? Not a very good choice I think a there are better paces in Antigua
