Amazing place, great views, the hosts were great and a big plus that the breakfast is included. The place looks a bit dated but is understandable since it seems the place is run by a family. 100% recommend.

Such a special place in an off-the-tourist-map village. Daniel and the owner-family could not have been more attentive and helpful. Loved our room, too!

Staff absent for our reservation. We arrived 1030pm. Check-in allowed until 11pm. Knocked on door, rang the bell, called the hotel, no answer for 1 hour. Left us stranded. If youre visiting from another country and depending on them, do not go, you might get stranded.

Lovely place. Hosts and personnel are very friendly and eager to please their guests. Hotel is right by the lake and has its own dock.

Dislike no parking

Excellent place for a great price. Staff is lovely and super helpful. Location is further away from touristy places, but a really authentic Guatemalan experience. You can get around by collectivos or tuk tusks easily.

Our host was amazing, the rooms were very confortable and clean with hot water, the coffee was great and the breakfast too we do highly recomend empanadas, is a place to stay if you want to be close to panajachel but also want the quietness and relax of the lake. The pick ups to pana where 10Q per person and then you can take a tuk tuk to the docks or to the main street for 10Q there are pharmacies, stores and anything you need near Tekoa too. I would say is the chill place of the lake when you get tired of the noise and the tourists areas, were you chill and take a drink recharge and get ready for the next day adventure 😊

Really lovely staff and decent breakfast. The buildings are kept clean, but in poor condition.

El personal y la atención brindada se merece una buena puntuación, son extraordinarios. Aunque, creo que el hotel necesita mejorar su infraestructura que se ve antigua. Los sillones de la habitación estaban manchados y no todas las duchas tienen agua caliente.

Los propietarios son personas muy colaborativas, atentos, educadas y pendientes del confort de sus clientes. Excelentes desayunos y la habitación fue hermosa, limpia y con una vista increible hacia el Lago.
