The generator off most of the time so, no air conditioner and no hot water to shower every morning. When I let them know about, I was told that it was going to get fixed but this was continued every single day. Therefore, I had to cancel my upcoming April reservation because I didn’t want to have that horrible experience again.

The place is good place as for as the service it was not good the hot water was not working the people there did not provide good services they provided the breakfast too late then the receptionist was not good at all anyways it’s not worth the money. Finally they could do better with different crew members and then the bar closed too early...

This was my second stay. While the hotel remains clean and attractive on the surface, on this trip, I had no hot water in the shower for the entire week and the air conditioning in my room went on and off at odd hours of the night. Also, menu choices were extremely limited.

Nice hotel.

Not bad. There could be more amenities. If you have a long stay here it will get boring unless you wander off into the other hotels.

I had no desire to stay a second night. Breakfast was not what I expected at all. But, front desk made it all go away. The young lady at the front desk will turn the world upside down to assure that you are please, she was a great host. Much better service need to be offered if the want it call a hotel.

Fabulous private beach 15 minutes by vehicle provided by the Hotel. Rooms spacious and airy. Simple continental breakfast. WiFi in lobby. Two pools, exercise room and beauty salon. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Cold showers and intermittent a/c were the only drawbacks.

It was amazing experience, easy check in, the beach is about 10 min but is like a paradise. Since its a private beach no food is available. But you can always order your food to go from the Hotel.
