Great place to stay and enjoy Copan

Overall the place was clean, beds slightly comfortable, the music in the club is too loud for the guests staying in building B but I would stay again in the hotel

The beach

Loved the property, room in great condition. Most important, hot and cold water! Coming from the US, had to get used to putting soiled toilet paper in the garbage and not the toilet. All and all, good experience.

Amazing place to stay, walking distance to restaurants and ruins. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

no es recomendable hospedarse en el último piso porque se activa la bomba de agua a cada rato y no deja descansar, la muchacha de recepción nos cambió de cuarto al hacer la observación.

From the time we arrived to the time we checked out the experience was flawless, when I arrived I had 8 additional family members that did not have reservations and the front desk was more than happy to accommodate us with an additional 2 rooms. My room overlooked the amazing pool area with a majestic view of impeccable maintained landscaping. I was only able to stay one night due to time constraints, but would have loved to stay more days.

The room was dusty and the sheets were stained Towels were limited, flimsy and stained. Not worth the price

The service at the front desk was ok. Service at the restaurant was very good breakfast was pretty descent but the hotel itself was very humid and dirty, toilet in the bathroom was not really flushing properly.

This was a lovely location close to all the attractions in Copan. The room was simple but very nice and had the basic amenities to make our stay pleasant. The pool was stunning and crystal clear. However, the hot tub and grounds were not well kept. The included breakfast was delicious but the dining room was closed for lunch and dinner.

This reservation was made in error. It was meant for next month. I reached out to both hotel and Expedia to explain our circumstances but never received a response from anyone. Was eager to book for next month but feel very inhospitable.

It is close to Maya Ruinas, just check everything to make sure there is nothing damaged and report it, otherwise they will charge you. I did not report the lid of a toilet and they charged me, and they charge you for the labor too
