D Red Loft

우리 가족은 새벽에 홍콩에 도착해서 늦게 레이트 체크인 한다고 분명히 호텔 예약을 할 때 기재해두었는데 출발하는 날 국제전화를 해서 문의한 결과 23:30 PM까지 체크인 받는다고 한다. 완전 무책임한 곳이다. 우리 가족은 체크인을 못해서 이용을 못했다. 돈이 아까운 것보다 사장이나 직원의 고객에 대하는 자세가 너무나도 불성실하고 무책임한 곳이다. 호텔 체크인 시간을 똑바로 기재하시기 바랍니다. 다시는 이용할 가치를 느끼지 못한다.

실은 좀 작아서 불만있다고 평을 남겼었다. 그런데 주인 조시가 연락오더니 숙소 불편하냐고 바꿔주냐고 했다. 우리가 좁을것을 예상하고 패밀리 룸 했으나 생각보다 더 작아서 불만이 있었던 것이었는데, 새로 보여준 곳은 우리가 예매한 곳 보다 더 비싼곳이라고 했다. 실제로 우리 예매한거보다 더 컸고 좋았고 일단 내가 평을 남기고 나서 케어 서비스가 좋았던것은 사실이지만 , 짐도 많고 다른 건물로 올라가기 귀찮고 해서 ... 쨌든 가격만큼한다. 넘흐쫗을껏이라꼬 쌩깍하꼬 까면 안때용... 한궈런들은 이 끌을 꼭 뽀쎄욤. 끄냥 쭸나 쭵음... 화짱씰 쑤압 리얼쌉쓰례끼라써 뼌끼 막힘 ㅎㅎ 꺠쪿팔렸움

普通に寝泊まりするだけなら問題ないです。シャワーの水がシャワールームから漏れてて、床が濡れてました。ちゃんと扉閉めてたのに…。大きいビルに入っているので道に迷うこともなかったです。

The indian reception man was very rude and inconsiderate. It was unacceptable. I didnt make it to hkg (due to culture custom) but my aunty and cousin were there to check in but it was then we knew they couldn't check in without me due to the country's riduculous policy. The room was fully paid and they didn't want to refund on it!! They took advantage on my small money for their own goodness. It was a nightmare to deal with the arrogant receptionist (he was a lame didn't want to give his name). He triple up the price to book the same room. But my aunt couldn't afford such unreasonable price. The man chased them away when my aunt decided not to book with them. He was gladly to open the exit door and asked them to leave the hotel. FYI, my aunty is 60 years old. I advise not to deal with this hotel and not to get the same experience.

Chambre hyper petite, salle de bain aussi, mais surtout l'attente à l'ascenseur et cette ambiance insecuritaire en bas. Mieux vaut payé plus cher !

It near shopping mall and good foods.And nice staff.

Second time there. Overall clean,functionnal and great location for a very good price. The personnal is very helpful especially Aki .

地理位置絕佳，Hotel 在重慶大廈A座對面就是港鐵，旁邊的美麗都大廈就是聰明小熊曲奇的對面還有賣神級德成號蛋捲、附近還有曲奇四重奏、翠華開到02:00,重慶大廈B1就是蘭芳園，一樓則是一堆换錢所，有名的堅成也在此，樓上還有sasa﹑屈程式。缺點是電梯只有2個分單雙層樓，一次只能載6人，所以要"排隊"等電梯，然後一樓一堆的東南亞皮條客，聽說因為這裡很多東南亞的餐廳商家，所以才會聚集！沒有吹風機！只有牙刷牙膏浴巾衛生紙、馬桶漏水一直滴滴叫！浴巾沒有很乾淨，有潔癖的人會崩潰型的！以為這價位這簡陋感應該不會幫打掃房間，想不到竟然也有。主要是Canada Hotel為主，其他G Loft﹑mira inn﹑D'Red Loft﹑Park inn﹑Icon Inn﹑Vinn﹑J's Inn都是同一家的。

it's very convenient to go Tsim sha sui that is near MTR. Staff is nice. The room is smaller than I think before but it's comfortable to our relax time. Environment around there is not safety much more than for living woman alone. Conclusion, it's good for us. Thank you.

Excellent Location. The room was renovated and clean. The woman at the reception is very nice. For that price it s gonna be difficult to find better. Room is small but here it s Hong Kong not Europe or North America. So their room is good for lonely travelers or people on a budget. I recommend this place.

Nice small room and nice And quiet. Have a kettle in hallway for making coffee. There are reception staff until 11.30pm

The staff member was very rude. He spoke limited English with a thick accent so it's very hard to understand him. It did not help when he kept yelling at me sometimes in Chinese and I understood a little of the bad words he's using. I asked for his name and again he's very rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me all of the sudden. My issue was not resolved.

网上描述跟实际提供的床位不苻，网上说的是双人房，到了现场去只是单人床，如要双人房要再加收钱。前台职员态度相当不好。

非常好的老闆！住宿環境也很乾淨，在我們進出逛街吃飯回來時老闆都很熱情的問候。謝謝老闆！只是半夜剛好有人好像喝醉一直進進出出很吵鬧。

Hotel was OK. Location was good. But the service was terrible. When I checked out and asked for help to get a taxi cab to the airport nicely, the service personnel were so mad and threw the room access cards to the table and ordered us back to our room to call for ourselves. Also, the room access card will not work intermittently. Worse of all, it would not even lock on one day, so I asked the service personnel to fix it. He said he would fix it later and told me there was security camera and don't worry about it. After he said he fixed it, the lock couldn't be opened. It took us half an hour to go back to the office to get it fixed. I'll not recommend this hotel to anybody.
