Good location

旅行の最後の宿泊にお勧めです。早く自宅に帰りたくなります。 利点は駅に近い、天井が高いことです。写真とは異なる様子の部屋、驚くほどの狭さ、空が一切見えない眺望・・・。これらは、割と良い朝食さえ意味の無いものとしました。 おそらくIBISのホテルに泊まることはこれが最後だと思います。

This trip I stayed here for nearly a month and I don’t usually require housekeeping to clean my room everyday. The first room I checked in had a very strong smell from the drainage after few days, staff arranged a room change and I met the housekeeper when transferring my luggages, I told her about the bad smell, she put the blame on me said it was because I didn’t let her clean my room. Also, the room is extremely small which I can only place my luggage’s on the desk otherwise you can only leave your suitcases in upright position and bring it up on the bed every time you need to put or take something. I didn’t take any photos of the room because there is really no point to remember how it look and I didn’t think I would share such experience here.

This hotel provides a good buffet breakfast and lunch is served till 3:30pm.

Elevators too slow

Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Cleaning lady staff on level 29 is professionally good in providing services too. The only drawback is the inconsiderate guest(s) ignored the no smoking rules in the hotel premises. I wish IBIS would take stronger action to deal with this issue.

Air Conditioner was very weak, just fan. The first night we asked the workers to find out the problem, but still the same, overall is fine.

Very convenient location, right next to MTR exit and also close to tram and a number of bus stations. Lots of eateries nearby. The room is small but works for one person with one piece of large luggage. Staff are polite and helpful. Room cleaning exceeds my expectations.

We hope you can provide the basic amenities, such as water, coffee, and tea, to your checked-in guests.

Very good location, MTR station nearby. Hotel inside looks old and dilapidated, need to improve. We request harbour view, we live in high floor, suppose nice view but the window outside very dirty, quite disappointed.

Great to stay for vacation

The location is very convenient but with limited amenities. The house cleaning staffs are very friendly and did a great job everyday. However, the hallway from the elevator to the room is dark, and the washroom is quite dated, desperately need an upgrade.
