Lokasi hotel beda jauh dengan lokasi yang terdaftar.

Ruangan kotor, sempit padahal memesan kamar yang hanya 2 orang saja, Pelayanan kurang responsif.

Saya lama 3 hari di house oke banget semua bagus. kamar bersih semua oke banget. Tidak ada depotisnya cuma satu saya bingung check-in cuma foto paspor terus di antar kamar di jelasin semua. Di bilang check-outnya taruh saja kunci kamar di meja. Saya bingung namanya orang indonesiakan ada sopan santunnya saya ke check-in kemarin saya datang terus belum ada orangnya ya di joyous guest house.

A very strategic location. Near the mtr station, bus stop and city center. Mrs jane (receptionist) was very nice and friendly. Budget hotel that affordable for traveler. The room is clean but small.

Attendants - Hands down to Ate Jen (the Filipino attendant) who is very supportive and hospitable. She even carried my 18-pound luggage, such a strong woman. The room is very small (which is expected in any Hongkong accommodations) but very clean. Thanks also to another Filipino housekeeper who made sure that all is clean everytime we come back from each day of touring. We stayed in the place for 5 days and we haven't experienced any trouble except for one slight incident. We came back with one pillow so wet, we cannot explain. We immediately reached out to ate Jen (thank God we exchange viber numbers) and in seconds she replaced the pillow with a new one. I love that she's so concerned and attended our concern right away, my mom had a wonderful sleep that night. Location- it is pretty much at the center of everything. Its just 2 minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, saving our energy from looking for any transportation. Just few blocks in front of the Chungking Bldg (where Joyous is situated), you will find the all-time Filipino favorite Jollibee. Just beside the building where shops, restaurants, and everything a tourist would need to enjoy the stay. The ground floor is a complex of money changers, Indian restaurants, fruit stand,gadgets & stores. Ground floor can be intimidating at first because of our Indian friends trying to sell everything and they could be persuasive sometimes but guys, they're harmless and friendly. If you are not familiar of the Indian cooking, the ground floor might surprise your sense of smell because of the strong spices in their food. But with our 5 days of stay, we get familiar. Elevator- we were at elevator E... all odd numbered floors uses the right elevator (ours is 9F so we used it), all even-numbered floors uses the left. Elevator comes with a CCTV that is view able by the riders waiting at the ground floor so I find it a good safeguard that people can see what is happening inside. Features: I so appreciate that they changed towels everyday. They have hot and cold showers. They have body wash and shampoo. Air-conditioning is working very well, fitting to the provided comforters. It is what you need after a day of walking from each and every tours. TV features mostly Chinese shows but patience can lead you to English programs that you can enjoy while resting. They also provide hot water and instant coffee to start up your day. The room comes with a safety feature and can only be opened with the use of a digital key card. Pillows, sheets, and bed is very comfy. I am expecting to be cheap but it is far from cheap. I had great sleep over the 5 -day of stay. The WIFI is very strong that I can process my vacation video and share them in my social media in a snap.

정말 좋았어요! Ate Josie(필리핀 출신) 씨가 매일 방을 청소해 주셨어요. 수건도 갈아주고 침구도 매일 정리해 주셨어요. 바깥 기온이 29~35도라 방 온도가 꽤 춥긴 했지만, 덕분에 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 편안함과 위치 면에서는 숙소가 안전하고 모든 레스토랑, 패스트푸드 체인점, 쇼핑센터, MRT와 매우 가까워서 좋았어요. 이곳을 추천하고, 돌아오면 꼭 여기서 묵을 거예요. 저희를 잘 돌봐주신 Joyous 님, 정말 감사합니다! 4박 3일 동안 정말 즐거운 여름 휴가를 보냈습니다.

me and my family really had a pleasant stay at his hotel. the room was so small but we don't mind it. the room was so clean and smell good, very comfortable. the staffs are very friendly and especially big thanks to Mr. Jackie Chan (the staff who call himself as jackie chan) that welcomed us once we stepped in the hotel. :)

The room is clean. Wifi connection is great and staff is a Filipino and very accommodating.

Thank you to Mrs. Sara and Jane for their friendly service. The rooms are always clean. Unfortunately, the male staff was completely unfriendly when we arrived. Even very rude to guests, when he was the only one serving when we checked in at midnight.

Kami dipindahkan ke Comfort Guest House, mungkin pemiliknya sama, tetapi kamarnya bersih sekali, orang yang mengantarkan kami (mungkin pemiliknya) sangat baik dan ramah, ukuran kamar dan kamar mandi sangat kecil untuk 2 orang (double room) tetapi saya rasa di Hongkong memang seperti itu dan itu tidak masalah bagi kami yang hanya menggunakan kamar untuk tidur malam saja, nice experience.

Place is in the centre and accessible to MTR and bus stations. The room is a bit small and comfort room is too narrow but if you are looking for budget friendly place this one is a catch. Bonus is that the land lady of the guesthouse is a Filipina as well. Ate Gen is very accommodating and friendly.

아주 좋고 깨끗한 객실입니다. MRT 역 바로 건너편에 있어서 편리했습니다. 수건은 매일 교체해 줍니다.

If you go to Hong Kong, you have to save extra money so you can stay in a bigger hotel room. The room is too narrow for me. But the staff, the location and the cleanliness were good.

Overall good, central city, near mtr and many food place

Lokasi baik karena strategis. Gedung jelek kaya rumah susun. Buat backpacker mungkin cocok.

The room very clean and comfy even though very small. Very helpful and kind staff. I will give 10 stars for Mr Jerry (I think it's his name). Thanks for your humbleness, Mr. nice guy. WiFi is superb! In lower ground, not too comfy for passing through, many brokers and areas smell little bad, very near MRT. 2 minutes by walking.

Bad environment. The lift is too busy. The room is too slim.
