Immaculate spaces and service. Loved the 9th floor ourdoor pool surrounded by lush garden.

Great location. Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was very, very hard to see, read, or use any switch/button in the hotel. The elevator buttons were made invisible by the lighted item immediately next to them. The switches in the room were very hard to see, and it was not easy to work out what the switches controlled what lights. Not well thought through.

Great location!!! Small, but clean rooms. Mall connected to the hotel. Free airport shuttle, Fair breakfast. I get tired of seeing Asians offer us raw bacon. Eggs soupy. They do have eggs to order, but they always turned out runny or hard. Next to the train station. If you’re still reading, well, the mattresses were not comfortable. Hard, but sink in spots.

Thanks guys for having us.. very friendly staff.. very helpful. We were able to keep our luggage even after checkout on Ground floor, Visited Big Buddha returned collected bags and headed to Airport in Hotel shuttle. Breakfast was awesome with great veg options.

New fresh hotel, good location close to the airport with free shuttle. Connected to a shopping mall and metro station.

Location: Located above the Citygate Outlets at Tung Chung, and accessible to MTR. Room comfort and Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with amenities like Nespresso machines, Japanese smart toilets, and blackout curtains. Service and Staff: Friendly and helpful Dining: Nearby to good variety of dining options. The lounge on the 15th floor offers a variety of snacks and beverages throughout the day, with an evening cocktail hour featuring fine spirits. Breakfast offerings were a good spread. Shuttle services: Airport shuttle services available at no added cost. [-] Areas for improvement: Parts of the vinyl flooring came loose, needs for some maintenance.

Everything feels new and fresh. Nice design elements throughout the hotel. Friendly staff. Jacuzzi room is awesome after a long flight. Hotel shuttle also very convenient, though you should check the schedule online to avoid waiting. I also enjoyed my breakfast, not extravagant but decent variety and good quality.

We loved our stay here. We had a stopover from London. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The food was amazing as well as the service. The room was fantastic and the pool was very inviting. Awesome place to stay

That’s my favorite hotel and if you leave them there, you will love them. I suggest any people who ever go to Disneyland live there, please. You will love it.
