리셉션 직원은 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 체크인 절차가 빠르고 순조로웠습니다. 객실은 홍콩 표준으로 작았지만 필수품이 가득했습니다. 일부 장소로 매시간 셔틀을 운행하여 매우 편리했습니다. 훌륭한 환대와 서비스. 감사합니다.

Dorsett에서 패밀리룸을 선택하면 잘못될 일이 없습니다. 넓고 편안하며 깨끗하고 도움이되는 직원. 문어를 이용한 세탁시설도 있고, 홍콩의 요충지인 McD와 Sevel 근처까지 셔틀이 운행됩니다. 조던 MRT(Jordan MRT)에서 약 10~15분 정도 도보로 이동하세요.

직원들은 매우 친절하고, 예의 바르고, 친절합니다. 우리는 호텔의 편의성을 좋아하고, 객실은 넓지는 않지만 여행객에게는 좋습니다. 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 호텔 주변의 레스토랑도 꽤 좋습니다.

올림픽 MTR 역 근처에 위치하지만 몽콕 역에서 꽤 멀어요. 근처에 MCD와 현지 레스토랑이 있어요. 객실은 두 명 이상은 들어갈 수 없고, 욕실은 꽤 독특해요. 셔틀이 정말 좋아요. 몰이나 몽콕 주변의 붐비는 곳으로 데려다줬어요.

MTR로 다니는 여행이면 확실히 많이 불편합니다.
다행히 그린버스로 다니면 그래도 괜찮아요.
매번 침대커버는 갈아주시는데 변경된 이불 커버에 먼지 보풀에 피도 묻어 있고... 좀 당황했어요. 그래도 직원들은 너무 너무 친절합니다.

전반적으로 우수합니다. 다만 위치가 좋지는 않습니다. 호텰스닷컴 우수고객 우대 표기는 삭제하는것이 좋을것 같습니다.
같은 가격대이면 좋은위치의 호텔을 선택할수 있는 다양한 옵션이 있으나, 우수고객 표기로 더나은 혜택을 위해 선택한것에 많은 후회가 됩니다.
내 생각에는 당장 우수고객 혜택 뺏지를 없애는것이 필요합니다. 고객 기만에 해당합니다. 우수회원에게 줄 베네핏이 전혀 준비가 되어있지 않은 호텔입니다. 따라서 다음 출장에서 도르셋몽콕 호텔을 선택하지 않겠습니다.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was in good repair and well designed. The hotel facilities were very sufficient. We particularly liked the friendly staff. We found the breakfast dining to be of a high standard. We will be returning.

Hotel serves good breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Like this hotel and will stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Hongkong. There is also complimentary bus service to the popular shopping centres.

I appreciated the early check-in and being given a room on a high floor, but unfortunately, the Internet did not work properly. There was also very limited TV channels with only one in English. There were also some basic amenities missing. I understand that the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly, but there was no hand soap.

The room room was extremely small and bath area is too small, even smaller than that of a cruise ship bath area. No toiletries were provided. No drinking water was provided. It is quite a bit of walking to a MTR train station.

Overall we were happy with our stay.
The price matched the value.
However:
1) the breakfast is really bad, and the start vacuuming and trying to kick you out at 9:30 on the clock. No service and unfriendly staff in the breakfast overall.
2) The reception speaks English but not really. Hard to have a coversation and they are really not helpful.

Was awaken by commotion outside our room. Apparently a couple had a fight and was banging our doors.
Breakfast wasn’t fantastic. Not much variety. Hotel staffs just stand around. Did not bother to serve the hotel residents. Area was small not much sitting places.
Overall still not a bad place to stay in , if you just need a simple place to stay with no amenities.

MTR로 다니는 여행이면 확실히 많이 불편합니다.
다행히 그린버스로 다니면 그래도 괜찮아요.
