Very quiet, easy access to transfortation.

Little creatures by the sink and the shower is very dirty with black mold. Talked to front desk they seem dont care just ask the room keeper try to clean up.

The service is really bad! The staff were not helpful! I waited for more than 30 minutes for fill up the toilet roll!

Keep in mind hotel is a little bit far you need to use trains and make several connections. Room is nice but small and bed size are not we get used to. Can be much cleaner.It is relatively small. Breakfast came to room in a cardboard container. One slice bread, salmon, butter , bean, greens, one pack of orange juice. Transport access is nice and there are several markets around. The problem is they are taking deposit on arrival which did not mentioned at all

Small but snug

部屋は少々狭いですが、新しくて快適でした。リーディングスペースとキッチンがあるフロアがあり便利です。朝食は注文で部屋にデリバリーされますが、メニューに選択肢があると良かったと思います（中国式のお粥など）。

The room I had was small but well-equipped and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the room was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. Lei Tung MTR Station is only a 5 minute walk away and light buses stop right outside the hotel, so transport options are great. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Stay 2102 the air con not work And then change to 2502 the shower leaking Finally change to 2802 the air con wind is direct to bed. And the pillow is uncomfortable.

Very small room but that was expected, however it was a perfect size for a solo traveller, travelling light, it would be a squeeze though for a couple would with luggage. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, nice and powerful. The lights in the room are all on or nothing, a reading lamp, or even a dimmer for the main lights would have been useful. The free breakfast is not worth bothering about. I was expecting a simple buffet type arrangement. The arrangement is that you request the breakfast from reception and then you get the option of having it delivered to your room or to have it in the guest lounge. The breakfast was a small carton of orange juice and a cardboard box with some beans, a slice of meat, a slice of fish, a tiny bit of salad and two pieces of toast Good location, very short walk from MTR station.

Hotel bom, a dois minutos do metrô. Café da manhã fraco.

New and clean, the room is spacious for us 4. Will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

Get a suite, otherwise you will be stuck on the upper floors which is only served by one elevator, and very tiny rooms. I like my suite which has extra space and drawers and such. Place is clean, and I like the area is surrounded by eateries. It’s very close to MTR, plus the minibus to Causeway Bay is very convenient. It’s not in the tourist area, but it’s fine in terms of accessibility.
