The room and others are overall ok. The staffs in the hotel and service attitude was not ok. They looked arkward and tired when the customers requested something. Disappointed and a bit rude, what I felt.

일단 교통이 정말 좋습니다. 마트도 가깝고 방도 넓습니다. 추천

the room is very comfortable and clean. i really like all in the room. but.. i think safety near the hotel is not good especially at night. because hotel is not near the main town, you have to remind safety and distance

You get what you pay for. Location ok if you are willing to use much public transport to get city center. If you look luxury, and best location, you should use more money for those, but for this price, this hotel is brilliant. Locates in the one of the mainways to central hospital, so all of the ambulances with urgent patients outside Budapest comes besides hotel, so if you cant sleep with possible 24/7 ambulance voices, this is not your place. Staff is ok. Restaurant is not cheap, breakfast not very wide range but what there is, is tasty.

Rude people, bad service

Minden rendben volt . Mi a Papp László sport aréna esemény miatt választottuk ezt a hotelt és ahhoz tényleg közel volt kb gyalog 15 perc . A parkoló is tökéletes egyből a hotel mellett . Érkezéskor a személyzet is kedves volt .

Nel complesso buona struttura per un soggiorno di un fine settimana vicino al centro silenziosa molto molto migliorabile la pulizia della camera e il costo esagerato della colazione (€17 al giorno) parcheggio( a pagamento) nel sotteraneo dell’albergo oltre a quello gratis esterno

I booked 2 rooms. Both clean, big enough. But one of the rooms AC system didnt worked. Air Temperature was really cold and night were very cold without AC. I went to reception. I asked for staff to check the AC/system buttons or change the room which has proper working AC. She didnt help. My friends spend the night at very cold room. So Im not happy about one staff's case management.

Hotellet var helt fint, sødt personale og meget hjælpsomme, der var rent og fint på værelset og badeværelset. Men minus er at der var meget larm fra trafikken og langt til centrum, hvor man skal tage sporvognen to stop også en metro ind til centrum.

I am very happy with my stay at ACHAT Hotel, room was modern, tidy and very clean, staff was very nice too.I only didn't liked the noise ,street and train noises carried on during the night. Overall is a good choice for a quick passing through Budapest especially if you use the bus station. City center is approachable via tram.

È un hotel improntato ad un pubblico tedesco. Camere ok, pulizia buona ma non impeccabile, peccato per la mancanza di insonorizzazione.

On my birthday close to midnight my friend came to surprise me with champagne at hotel but hotel receptionist won’t allow my friend to go up to my room said it’s their policy where I never was informed before both when check up or in Expedia website. I even offered my friend’s ID if my friend doesn't go back after 2h feel free to knock my door but they still insisted either I can drink here at infront of reception or drink outside hotel mind you it was -3C. We ended up chatting drinking infront of lobby it’s probably the best way to get treated and celebrate your birthday

First stay in the Achat group, but certainly not the last. Price/quality ratio is more than good. Attentive and kind staff, clean and quiet rooms, good public transport options and a good breakfast (and coffee :) ) to start the day. Recommended!

The hotel was pretty average and you pay for what you get. Honestly, if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s ok. However, the room felt kinda dirty and stuffy and when you’d open the windows, the noise from the outside is pretty loud. The property is close to good transportation though, so getting to the city is really easy.

Katherina leads the staff with impeccable excellence. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start your day in Budapest. She and her team are amazing.

Chose this hotel based on reviews, price, and proximity to the BOK sports complex. Walkable distance to BOK. Hotel is located on a very busy main street so if you get a room facing the street then it's very noisy. Despite being in October, daytime temp was going up to 80s and room was getting really warm even at night. No AC available as they turned the system off as it is supposed to be "cold season". No vending machine or small store available so can't get anything after dark. Fortunately, there as market called Real just around the corner and they open around 6 AM. Purchased breakfast which was pretty descent (personally any European breakfast is better than any of the Marriott/Hilton breakfasts).
