Everything was very good, could not be better

The hotel is our dates, room hasnt been cleaned 4 days out of 12 , the food could be improved. Breakfast menu is same , no variety

Well-managed hotel and good array of food options for the half-board deal. the thermal hotel has a good selection of medical and wellness therapies and my 1-week stay was worth it.

Bott här många gånger, allt som allt ett välfungerande bra hotell. Skulle jag klaga vore det frukosten; trängsel, och superlångsamma kaffeapparater, köer vid dessa hela tiden.

We coming for treatment … But waiting for doctor 3 days .. Room was clean but with a lot of insects .. We talking about that this with reception and they explain that insects don’t do nothing …I was afraid that during night time it could come in the ear…The food was not so good and fresh .. Realy this is 3 stars””sanatorium “ for old people

I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was nice and they had some vegetarian options and lighter/healthier meals too. The hotel also offers exercise classes during the day and social events most evenings. The only thing thing i didn't like was when they decided to drill holes into the ceiling in the spa area while it was still open and guests were still in the pools. I felt it could have been done outside of spa opening hours instead as it created a lot of noise and guests had to walk through debris falling from the ceiling. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and i will definitely be back.

Bott 8 gånger, ett bra hotell helt/enkelt. Givetvis finns utrymme för förbättringar. Ofta har en av tre hissar varit ur funktion. Kaffeapparaterna är för få, köerna blir långa. En separat för bara tevatten skulle hjälpa. ( en billig lösning) Sammantaget en stark 4:a av 5 möjliga.

Perfect pools and saunas!

We were at the Ensana Heviz hotel from September 25 to October 8. . The location of the hotel is not bad. The pool area is laid out normally. Good breakfasts and dinners. The staff is mostly polite. But The furniture in the room is very old and needs updating. Very poor room cleaning. The carpet on the floor was so old and dirty. The balcony was not clean. At the hotel, my husband and I took 14 procedures each, considering that these packages of more than 10 procedures should be at a discount. But we paid for this before leaving and realized that we did not have any discounts and the price for these procedures was greatly increased. The price for 1 procedure is almost 25 dollars. This is incredible! This is a clear deception that we did not expected! Unfortunately we will not go to this hotel again.
