스텝이 매우 친절합니다

성이슈트반 성당 바로 앞에 있습니다. 지하철역에서 도보 5-6분 정도 거리입니다. 저희가 묵었던 방은 넓었고 취사도 가능해서 매우 편안했습니다. 하지만 이른 체크인은 불가능했고 방이 꼼꼼하게 잘 청소된 편은 아니었습니다. 그럼에도 가격에 비해 방의 시설이나 위치가 좋았고 직원들도 친절해서 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

크리스마스 시즌에 방문했더니 사람이 엄청 많고 바로 밑 1층에 Bar 가 새벽까지 운영해서 두둥거리는 음악소리 때문에 새벽에 잠을 못잤습니다. 차라리 좀 거리가 있고 조용한 호텔에 묵을걸 그랬어요. 위치가 가깝긴 엄청 가깝습니다(주요 명소와).

위치는 진짜 좋은데, 그게 다에요. 크리스마스 마켓 때문에 시끄러워서 3일 내내 잠을 못잤어요. 객실은 사진과 같습니다.

전체적으로 깔끔했고 깨끗했어요 간단한조리가가능한것도좋았고요 특히나위치가 최상입니다 근데 객실이참좁아요 캐리어펼쳐놓을곳이 없을만큼 좁아요 그거외엔 전부중상이상입니다

Nice and very central location. Just be aware that you are neighbours to the Basilica and can hear the bells. But it's at the same time a lovely view, if you select the Basilica-view rooms and close to public transport, shops, the chain bridge etc. The cleaning could use a little improvements, but overall it's fine. Note that if you order included breakfast, it's in a cafe about 10 minutes walk away. For us it was fine, but good to know. Use the hotel's Watchapp-service if any questions. They answer really fast. Check-in is fully digital - but we got help by Watchapp. We got our room before 12am even check-in time only is at 2pm, so that was really nice.

Fantastic location, quite a basic room, but good amenities, can’t really complain for location and price. Only thing to be wary is that the breakfast was a 10 minute walk away, in the opposite direction to most attractions. Host was nice and available at check in to support with keyless system. Apartment is located in a very dingy building but once you are in the room it is nice enough.

Stay was great, checkin experience was not ideal as the open door app was not working.

Clean small room in an excellent location. Getting in when the 'door open' app was not working was an ordeal as it took a while to get someone on the phone. Checkin was 3pm, not 2 pm as mentioned on the site.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to St Stephens Basilica. We ended up staying at their other property (air bnb) that's 10 minutes away and we were not informed until we were about to check in. There was no transparency until the last minute and we were left with no choice. Air bnb property was not clean and there were no toiletries and not enough towels. Would have rated zero star if not not for the breakfast.

No hay nadie en la recepción, dicen que es un hotel pero en realidad es un apartamento o habitaciones tipo Airbnb. Todo es a través de teléfono, cuando quieren contestan. El desayuno esta a 13 minutos andando del hotel y ponen muchos problemas hasta que te sirven. En definitiva no aconsejo este establecimiento

Was locked out when I came back in the evening as my phone battery had died. I was given a key card for my room but the door to the hotel was locked behind a keypad. No hot water in the morning so had to have a cold shower,

Fint værelse-god størrelse. Fantastisk udsigt fra værelset. Fin morgen mad på restauranten 10 min gang væk-lidt svær at finde-man skulle ind igennem en smøge-blomster ved indgangen. Hotellet Lidt svært at finde-kunne have været bedre skiltet. Ligger i mellem 2 restauranter, lige ved kirken.

au coeur de l’action, parfait pour la vie nocturne, moins si vous êtes à la recherche de tranquillité. Le seul bémol est le manque de stationnement, il faut utiliser ceux sous terrain qui reviennent à 60$CAN le 24h. Sinon, la localisation et la vue sont parfaites.

Perfect place for a three days stay in the middle if the city. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and activities, combined with great transportation options. Highly recommended.

The hotel's only true asset is its excellent location, but sadly, that's where the positives end. As a digital nomad, I'm very comfortable with digital check-ins. However, the system here is a perfect example of what goes wrong with zero flexibility or human support. We arrived 30 minutes early and there was no way to store our luggage or even get an update on our room. We were left completely on our own. ​The biggest issue was the complete lack of hot water during our stay. When we contacted support, they blamed an "external problem" and offered no solution. This meant no showers before a long travel day. The room itself was small and dark, with a window facing an internal courtyard that provided no natural light or ventilation, forcing constant use of the air conditioning. On top of that, the cleanliness was subpar, with visible stains on the headboard. ​Finally, be warned that breakfast service doesn't start until 9:00 AM, which is highly inconvenient for anyone with an early schedule. ​While the location is a major draw, the hotel fails on the absolute basics: functional amenities, guest support, and cleanliness. I cannot recommend this hotel and suggest looking elsewhere.

Listing for this hotel was misleading & if it wasn’t race weekend then I would have left and found somewhere else to stay.

I never received a single email from the hotel & I am guessing they have it wrong. The check in process was a nightmare. Claiming it’s a hotel is a stretch. It’s more like a bad Airbnb. They asked me to leave the money for the city tax in my room! I am willing to pay the tax, but not by just leaving the money unattended. The room was dirty & poorly maintained, paint was peeling off the wall. No idea where the breakfast was served. The stairs to the 2nd floor were very poorly lit. Wasn’t offered housekeeping until after my 4th night. This was the worst hotel experience of the past 20 years & certainly feel entitled to a partial refund.

Sehr schönes Apartment in der besten Location direkt im Zentrum. Das Girl am Telefon war super nett und hat mir ganz schnell mit dem Tür-Code geholfen. Alles Bestens! Gerne wieder.
