리얼 아파트먼트 졸탄

The location was excellent- only a couple of minutes from the Parliament building and river front. The apartment was in an older building but had been renovated to a modern style and the other apartments seemed to be occupied by local people. The boiler broke but was repaired the next day even though it was a Bank Holiday. However, the waste in the bathroom sink was not working when we arrived and had not been mended by the end of our four night stay. The grouting in the bath was dirty and there was only a hand held shower head. The bedroom was very small with just enough room for the bed. There was good storage in the hallway for clothes.

When arriving into our apartment all seemed ok but on inspection before our apartment rep left we had to ask her to get the cleaner to clean the oven and fridge again as they were not clean, which she did. Unfortunately the oven door only opened slightly as was blocked by the washing/dryer so it was not possible to get anything into the oven. On our first night we were getting ready to go to bed and the sheet was not fitting the bed right so we proceeded to take sheet off to tuck in and got a nasty shock to see a creepy crawly under the sheet and the cover over the bed was very badly stained and completely covered in hairs of all sorts. From the pictures I saw on the website the apartment looked immaculate but it was nothing like the nice clean pictures I saw. However the apartment in situated in a great location, near all amenities and transportation so at least this was a plus.

The accommodations at Real Apartments Zoltan were so terrible we couldn't even spend the night. Upon arrival, it was clear the property had been falsely depicted in the photos. The apartment was in poor condition and smelled awful. There was a small air conditioner that hardly cooled one room, and the bedding was old and stained. We were terribly disappointed and felt misled by the listing. Do not stay here!

以步行方式便可去到各個景點很方便，近國會大樓，多瑙河等等。鄰近有超市、便利店，但每到六點左右，大多都關門。好在房內有小廚房，可以自己準備材料煮食。公寓比較難找，沒有櫃枱，出發前需聯絡好，例：何時到達，方便職員在公寓等候辦理入住手續。遇到很好的職員，有問必答，雖然大家語言上不同，但會耐心聽，耐心解答，還準備了當地地圖給我們。公寓不足處：因房子比較老舊，廁所有渠臭味，踩地板聲音響

Lejligheden var fin, ikke så stor og det var svært at gennemskue på hjemmesiden, hvor stor lejligheden faktisk var. Der var et lille enkelt værelse med en dobbeltseng og en stue hvor sovesofa og den anden dobbeltseng var i samme rum og med et åbent køkken. Beliggenheden var fantastisk og meget nemt til mange ting. Gode restauranter tæt på. Vi valgte den lejlighed, da vi var en voksen familie på 5 og gerne selv vil lave morgenmad og have mulighed for at købe lokalt ind. Man havde, sikkert at god mening, givet os nye håndklæder i meget mørke rød og de var vist kun vasket én gang. Vi var røde på kroppen når vi havde brugt dem og de kunne næste ikke tørre!!! Puder og vattæpper var lidt for tynde. Check-in fungerede super fint. Alt i alt en fin lejlighed til 4-5 overnatninger.
