Mooi appartement bijna in de stad. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen in de straat.

The apartment itself is modern and clean and in a great location! However...there was ZERO commination from the property beforehand...making check in difficult. No response regarding an early check in, and hence when we got to the property we put the code in to enter and walked in to the apartment to find other people still there...safety in question here a bit!! Please can the owners look at communication with guests...as otherwise it was a fab apartment

For the amount of money they are charging per night, one expects more amenities and facilities, even the basics were missing and to top it of, there was absolutely no way to communicate. The email, they provided, noone answered it at all. There was no iron board, iron or washer or dryer in the apartment. Floors were poorly cleaned and bed sheets had some gritty stuff on them. Tv remote did not work properly and internet connection was poor. Parking was very hard to find around this area and for the 3 nights that we stayed, we had to park on other streets around the building. Check in was easier and area around has lots of restaurants and city center is close by. Overall would not stay here again.

Perfect location just a 10 minute walk from the bus station and the rest of town. Super clean apartment with everything we needed. When we arrived the cleaners were still there. She was very helpful and kind. The communication from the property management could have been better. Otherwise it was fantastic and will recommend to friends and family staying in Reykjavik.

The place was clean. We had booked for 5 adults but there were proper.beds for only 4 adults. One person ended up sleeping on the sofa. There was no microwave and the induction stove top did not work. Sharing one bathroom with 5 people was little hard too. Most emails were not responded to. They allowed late check out which was very helpful.

Great location, nice property. Would stay here again!

Very spacious, I loved everything about it.

The property was modern and clean.

Do not book here. The place smelled of sewage. We think the toilet was leaking. We emailed the property and received no response

The apartment is fine, good location and condition. Communication with management is very bad. They did not reply to my questions since very beginning. external Access code did not work and management was unable to provide access fortunately another guest arrived and we could access the property There was not an inventory item list to check all in order or a simple instruction or welcome letter. We requested the password for internet and they delayed 3 days to provide it

Very spacious, easy walk to everything, comfortable and clean.

Entry code provided for main entrance did not work. I spoke to 2 other guests who had the same problem and had to contact the manager, who took 2 hours to get back to them. Manager never responded to my email which was listed on check in material as primary method of contact. Thankfully the code to our individual apartment worked but to get into the building we had to wait outside until someone else left the building.

Convenient location, lots of street parking and easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Great space for a family.

Fast & easy communication via email. Getting key from lock box was easy. They are currently updating the exterior. The neighbours are CLOSE by, if you are on ground level. This seems like a very European thing, though.

The condo is nice overall, clean and roomy and spacious. The only issues I had was that some minor things in the apartment were broken but did not interfere with our stay. Like the shower knob kept falling off and the shower holder was poorly attached to the wall and was moving so we had to be careful with it but it still worked. Also some of the kitchen drawers would not close and kept opening. The wooden board under the dishwasher kept falling off and we had to put it back. Also communication did not happen. The number they have to call for emergencies —I called a few times and no one picked up. I also sent them email but did not get a response. Eventually we solved the problem ourselves but it would have happened sooner if they responded .

Very nice, spacious apartment that comfortably hosts 6 people. Quiet and safe area , walking distance from the cathedral and downtown. Very nicely priced!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable place. The outside looked a little rough but am assuming the are in th process of fresening it up. Nice big refrigerator, but it was turned off when we arrived and the shelves were covered with water from the freezer that was half defrosted. Cooled down quickly when turned back on. Dishwasher was full of what we assumed were clean dishes but we did nor need anything major so left it the way we found it There is no place to put your suitcases in the bedrooms so the TV room couch is the next best choice if the beds are full. Very short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops in downtown so find a parking spot (none at the building) and go get some exercise.

Brilliant, spacious, and modern apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk into the city of centre and plenty of free on-street parking very close by. This was a great base from which to explore Reykjavik.

Our stay was great. A few things to be aware of regarding the property: 1) It’s a short walk from both the city center AND the main bus terminal, so the location is pretty convenient for arriving and departing from Keflavík. 2) There is some significant aircraft noise from the nearby domestic airport, but the street is residential and generally quiet. 3) The nearest grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and well stocked. 4) I contacted the property a week before we arrived, but I waited several days before receiving a response. It was fine, but don’t necessarily expect a response the same day. The property did not provide the owner’s name. 5) There was no washing machine or freezer in our apartment. Again, not a big problem for us, but be aware if you plan to wash clothes or store any frozen food there. 6) The advertisement said the apartment was soundproofed - but we did hear other residents, both in the stairwell and in the apartment above. That’s okay, but our apartment was not soundproof.
