Nice apartment. Well equiped including the kitchen.

Location! Location! Location! You cannot find a better location and the free parking was the best! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is right in the middle of where you want to be. There can be a bit of noise, but not often and not much. I would DEF stay here again!

I had a overall good experience. The location is perfect and it gives you multiple choices for shopping and dining. nearest bus stop is no 7. The apartment is very well managed and has all required annimities. I realised washing machine is pretty old and little tough to deal with. Since I came with family and had good bunches of luggage. Carrying the luggage till second floor without lift was little difficult but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Cozy place smack dab in downtown Reykjavik. Can't get any closer to city's attractions. Parking space is a must if you have a car, but is shared with the other accommodation in the building, which needs some coordination.

We liked the size of the property lots of room, I can only say one thing, when the rain comes down which is a lot, you could do with a overflow pipi fit it so it's not so noisy, it really is loud at nightimes

とにかく便利な立地です。レイキャビクでもっとも賑やかな通りに面しているので、その分夜遅くになっても騒いでいる声などが聞こえます。建物、部屋は古く、広いのですが高級感はありません。シャワールームが狭く使いにくいのも難点です。面しているロイガベーグル通りは繁華街とは思えないほど狭く（一通）、駐車場はさらに路地に入りますので、車の運転に自信がない人にはお勧めできません。

Appartement très bien située pour visiter reykjavik et près des restos et bars pour sortir et profiter de la vie nocturne. Spacieux et bien équipé, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Un peu bruyant le soir si vous voulez dormir tôt.

Appartement parfaitement situé dans le coeur artisanal et commercial de Reykjavik. Appartement lumineux et très bien équipé (cuisine, machine à laver le linge, wifi) + petite terrasse agréable avec vue sur la grande église

Great little apartment convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the waterfront. We especially liked having the balcony, blackout blinds, and a parking spot.

Great location, kitchen and washer was awesome and it provided shampoo and conditioner. The only negative is that there was a lot of outside noise.

Wonderful apartment, well furnished and well equipped, right into the city centre with private parking. We could not have found anything better to spend 3 nights in the city. Thank you!

Great location good parking great size Property management did not respond to contact email address given info book in apartment. Smoke defector was not hooked up and this had been noted by guest there in March . There was no dish detergent. Container empty

Mom/Daughter trip. We had a blizzard and WOW went bankrupt so it was an interesting start. Very comfortable place. Love that you have converter plugs and hairdryer. Big help! Parking spot is a HUGE help! Could use bigger towels. Otherwise... it was so cozy in all the weather we had. Maybe a sound machine in bedroom that works with your plug to block noise from street?

Spacious well appointed and equipped apartment, really good having a car parking space

We stayed here for 3 nights in January, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was in a central, convenient location in the main shopping area and a 4 minute walk to the bus stop where many tours can pick you up from (bus stop 7 traederkot). The place was very clean with lots of amenities, and spacious. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to our friends and family visiting Reykjavik.
