The hotel was so comfortable with heating floor system. The breakfast was pretty simple but we appreciated the staff specially prepared the breakfast earlier for us as we need to head out earlier for our glacier excursion. We enjoyed the hot tub very much! We can even saw the glacier from the hotel room! Highly recommended!

Sehr große Zimmer. Bäder ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Sehr leckeres Frühstück inkl. frischer warmer Waffeln. Den Zugang zu den Hot Tubes gibt es beim Buchen der Unterkunft gratis dazu. Schöner Blick auf den Gletscher. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Apartment und die Einrichtung scheint relativ neu zu sein. Es war auch sauber und der Service freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem und für mich aber zu weich. Was aber auf jeden Fall noch ergänzt werden muss, ist eine Garderobe oder zumindest eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Jacken. Bei einer Übernachtung zwar nicht unbedingt notwendig , aber hilfreich: Schrank oder eine Kleiderstange. Für mich immer absolut ärgerlich , wenn im Bad Haken und Handtuchhalter fehlen. Der Minimülleimer im Bad reicht auch nicht aus, warum gibt es keinen weiteren Abfalleimer. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes , am ersten Tag gab es nicht mal Milch !!!. Alles in allem sind es dann doch zu viele negative Punkte bei dem hohen Preis. Ich würde hier zu diesem Preis (über 400 EUR/Nacht) nicht noch einmal übernachten. Die Tubes waren am Ende des Tages auch voll mit Tagesgästen, so dass die im Preis inkludierten Hot Tubs nicht genutzt werden konnten

Arrive early so you can enjoy the hot tub& view. Beautiful setting and view from room. Comfortable bed and great breakfast and view in dining area.

Lovely set hotel. We had a nice big and clean room. Friendly staff and we finished our long drive there with a nice dip in the geothermal pool and a cold beer.

It suppose to be quiet, but everything else. Walls where so thin that you can here everytging. Wiev from room was poor. Not any aircondition in the bathroom so all humidity stays in there until you open window. I don't recommend if you want sleep.

The hot tubs were wonderful- service excellent and location beautiful!

Delightful stay at Glacier World! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Iceland especially on a budget. Lovely front desk gal (named started with an “M” I believe) made us sandwiches and gave us fruit to go since we wouldn’t make breakfast the next day. Cozy reception area. Strong WiFi. 10/10 hospitality.

Chambres correctes, simples et fonctionnels. Personnel sympathique. Petit dejeuner ok meme si peut mieux faire sur la partie plats chauds. Le top, c'est les hot tubes tout neufs tres jolis avec vue sur le glacier et gratuits pour les clients de l'hotel.

The part of the building I was in seemed brand new but seems as if it was rushed to put together. Quite and beautiful views with an excellent breakfast.

One tongue of the glacier was almost right next to the guest house!! The location - right off of the ring road and close to Hofn - was very convenient.

Room was comfy enough but tv didnt work and should be removed. Breakfast was basic, juice was terrible (diluted?) Didnt use hot tubs as were a distance from actual property. View was lovely from room. Fine for one night stop over. Obviously making improvements but no noise or activity during our stay.
