We enjoyed that it was in the country

Clean motel in beautiful area. Unfortunately the only place you can take advantage of the view is the picnic table in the parking lot. Small window in room with no view of much and the room with all the windows and seating that is advertised is only open for breakfast. Too much money for a bed and a bathroom with poor water pressure.

Really nice stay. Lovely location with the best view. Really nice staff.

The owner is greedy. Requested to remove the shoes at the entrance, but asked ~$35 for breakfast and no free coffee during the day, only Nescafe with dry creamer. Room is small, not all rooms have bathroom in the room. :(

El precio es excesivamente elevado para el servicio ofrecido. Fue el alojamiento mas caro de toda nuestra estancia en Islandia, y ni siquiera incluían el desayuno. No lo recomiendo.

Nice place with amazing view.

Location and views from property were unique and beautiful. Rooms were very small with no TV. Shower had very low pressure. Cost was over $300 a night.

Located in a quiet and scenic area close to some must see attractions. However, food options are limited. Overall, an interesting place to spend a night.

At first it was a little shocking because it was in the middle of nowhere. Check in was a little confusing. Be sure to let them know in advance when you are arriving. The rooms were clean and the common area cute. We didn’t have breakfast. It was close to Vik.

Very helpful staff and good restaurant.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed

The property is perfectly located. It’s nothing fancy but with the prices the way they are in Iceland. I think this is just perfectly lovely. The room has twin beds, sink, and mirror, storage for your bags, a chair , nightstands, and a hot pot with teabags and coffee cups. It has a shared bathroom and a shower in the bathroom.There is a very nice dining room. I wish we had not brought so many groceries and had eaten in the dining room for me to be able to give a review. They do have a small group refrigerator and microwave. If you fly into Reykjavík one day, the Guest house is just the right distance. The next warning we got up and went horseback riding Vik, then explore the black beach and there are so many other places to go down south.

Wonderfully welcoming and had beers to purchase after a long day adventuring! Lovely room and views.

We arrived slightly after 9 pm after calling in a panic. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there and loved the beautiful location.

Very nice and clean guesthouse with great view of Elf Church which I assume was Lutheran if Luther was OK with elves..

De kamers waren erg klein en de prijs was zeer hoog. Ook was er geen keuken beschikbaar om zelf iets te bereiden terwijl optioneel ontbijt en optioneel diner erg duur waren.

Cozy one night stay, very quiet would recommend!
