직원이 매우 친절합니다. 주인 아주머니가 아이슬란드식 아침 식사에 대해서도 간단히 설명해 주십니다.

크링란쇼핑몰도 5분정도 거리이고 찾기가 쉬웠어요. 높지않은 자그마한 건물이예요. 건너편에 1011편의점, 주유소도 있고 위치상 너무 편해요. 주인내외분도 너무 친절하시고, 깔끔하게 되어있어요. 조식시간에 친절하게 음식설명도 해주시고 북유럽의 가정집느낌으로 식사공간이 매우 안락하고 예쁘고 좋았어요!

Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. Breakfast was A+ and it's so nice it's include, plus the coffee machine is delicious and the best from my trip. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is quiet, parking is free, and the TV in the room can be cast to (It was great to have Netflix after a long day). Rooms are beautiful and have plenty of outlets and lighting options, plus the heated bathroom floors are lovely. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Breakfast was fresh every morning. The staff was very courteous and polite. The rooms were clean all the time.

A very charming, smaller property that makes you feel special. Very clean rooms. Close to a huge mall, spas and restaurants. Also, near a bus stop for more travel flexibility to and from downtown Reykjavik.

Good parking and not far away from city center

A very substantial continental breakfast. Local shops and the large Kringla Mall were in easy walking distance

Spotless beautiful rooms, breakfast was also very enjoyable a nice bonus! Not really walking distance to main area for bars and restaurants, harbour etc but we had a car so 10 mins and your right there. We chose the hotel comforts over the location and were very glad we did would pick the same hotel again.

Really good stay during a few days when we were doing long sightseeing drives each day.

Everything was perfect. A great place to stay. Bfest was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and nice, and the room was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Hotel Lotus. From the moment we arrived, the team were incredibly friendly and welcoming – check-in was professional, warm and effortless, and nothing was ever too much trouble throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, cosy and modern, offering everything we needed to relax after long days exploring. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with a lovely array of items to choose from and staff who were always happy to help. There was even home made cake, cookies and hummus all of which were very delicious. The staff were so lovely and helpful giving us advice and tips on what to do and where to go. Parking was easy, and the hotel’s location made it simple to get into the city while still enjoying a peaceful base. Overall, a truly delightful stay – highly recommended!

We stayed here for our last night & it was a fab hotel in a great location!

The breakfast was one of the top highlights of my trip to Iceland! It was delicious and bountiful! The hostess working was an absolute delight, and from her recommendation- my last day plans in Iceland completely changed for the better! I would stay again!

The room was clean, but it was bit difficult to understand. When I arrived the lobby door was already open unlike the instruction showed that I had to check-in again. Also, it would have been better to share the parking information in advance cause I wasn't sure what to do. The room was clean and tidy. I wish we had a garbage can and small fridge, but I guess it's too much to ask as I feel that the hotel is meant for the traveler staying overnight. The staff was very friendly. I am giving 4 out of 5 for friendly staffs.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in a little early after our overnight international flight. They offered a nice breakfast to start our day. There is also a great pizza place next door.

Nice hotel, mostly self service. Single rooms are very small with a very small bed and bathroom. Room nice and toasty once you turn up radiator setting. Breakfast nice but with limited options. Staff friendly and welcoming. Bus to and from the airport stops right outside.
