Room was clean, blackout curtains were awesome! Hot tub was warm but no jets but the view was fantastic while sitting in it.

Small Hotel in the hills. Make sure you find it in daylight. Hot tub with mountain view. Good breakfast. Good rooms. No front desk, so make sure you check your messages. No room service if you stay multiple nights. Enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful room with fantastic views. Friendly staff. Would have like a buffet breakfast instead of a basket to the room the night before? However completely understand when there’s hardly anyone staying.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Iceland! The room to the balcony was exceptional. The hot tub overlooking the city was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here! Amenities were updated in short don’t think twice about booking here!!

The room was a little small and the water had a sulfur smell to it.

One of the worst stays we’ve ever had in all our travels. The main eating area was dirty,cluttered and had at least 20 flies in the room. The breakfast was sparse, the hot tub jets didn’t work. The room was adequate, however when I called for additional toilet paper I was informed they do not replenish items needed after 3 pm that day. We were so disgusted we left and paid for another hotel.

The room was fine but we were looking forward to the hot tub after a long day. One hot tub was murky and the second wasn’t filled all the way. Stairs were slippery and I fell resulting in significant bruising

Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner simple, mais correct. Le personnel n’est pas très communicatif. Literie très confortable et mobilier un peu vétuste.

The hotel is charming, and the room clean and spacious. The included breakfast was also great. However, coming here during the last week of November, we found the entry stairs to be completely covered over with ice (super dangerous), and I mean THICK ice. I was scared climbing them even with my great hiking boots. And the roads on the way in were snowy. To check in, we had to use a physical phone at reception to call an operator and get the key code to our room. That was easy enough. Check-out was easy too (you just leave by the deadline). If I had to do it over again, I'd stay here during warmer months but in winter months I'd stay in the city itself. The roads/ conditions were too precarious.

Hotel is located of the main town area. Not much around, but good place to stay overnight after the long trip. Easy to find, check-in - easy - just enter the supplied by email code into electronic lock :). Room is minimalistic and a bit crampy, but beds were comfortable. There are only several rooms with private entrance and bathrooms (we had one of them). Otherwise not much to say. Good value for the money.

Reasonable pricing. Beautiful views. Room had a TV that offered Netflix, although we did not use this feature during our stay.

Pros: The room was pretty nice with a large soft queen sized bed. It was nice to have Netflix to watch a movie and relax. The hot tubs, although we did not use them, they were placed in a beautiful setting. Only hotel so far to provide useful toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. Cons: The shower pressure was quite weak. The breakfast was very basic. I would’ve preferred to have a staff member around to ask questions if needed and although this was mentioned after placing a reservation, I think this should be noted prior to making a booking. It felt like we were staying in “The Shining” hotel since no one was around when we arrived and it was eerily quiet. Overall this was a decent hotel to stay for one night.

Very comfortable and clean.

Unas vistas espectaculares, y con posibilidad de disfrutarlas desde el jacuzzi. Comedor grande donde poder leer/trabajar con buenas vistas. Es un sitio relativamente aislado y muy tranquilo. No hay personal, al menos en esta época, pero tampoco se hecha en falta. Desayuno correcto, pero no espectacular.
