개인적으로 코티지 맵 같은거 있으면 좋겠어요. 시설은 평범했습니다. 오로라 관측에는 좋았습니다

On a eu un appartement pour 4 et il était vraiment immense et propre il ne manquait vraiment rien ! Le top ! Avec un beau balcon. Cafetiere Nespresso avec capsules. Le mobilier est tres vieillot mais ce n’est qu’in detail. Vraiment je recommande.

The staff member at the front desk was very kind on the day we checked in, as well as the day we checked out. There’s no breakfast served during the winter but there is coffee/tea and some biscuits and spreads laid out for travellers which was very nice! We were also able to see the northern lights from the hot tub out back! An amazing bonus!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room itself was beautiful—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to be both cozy and luxurious after long days of exploring Iceland. But the real showstopper? Sitting in the hot tub while watching the northern lights dance across the sky. It’s hard to put into words just how surreal and unforgettable that experience was—truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment that I’ll carry with me forever. On top of that, the staff was exceptional. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, they went out of their way to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. You could feel how much they cared about creating an incredible experience for their guests. If you’re looking for a place in Iceland that combines comfort, breathtaking scenery, and outstanding service, this is it. I can’t recommend it highly enough—and I would return in a heartbeat.

Pas de petit déjeuner proposé du 1er novembre au 31 mars. (Prévoyez quelque chose). Pas de passage pour le nettoyage de la chambre. Plafond très bas sous le toit.

Clean room with great view

Mooie plek, kamer zeer oud en gehorig. De hele nacht hoor je mensen lopen in hun kamers want de deur is buiten. Douchewater bleef niet op temperatuur. Douchecabine kan een renovatie gebruiken.

Clean, new cabin near the water. Bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional, and the small equipped kitchenette was nice. The breakfast was good but not great.

Wir waren in einer der neueren Cabins und die war richtig neu und sauber. Tolle Aussicht aufs Wasser und die Stadt Borgarnes. Das Wetter war ziemlich windig und nass aber wir haben gemütlich im Hot Pot gesessen. Die Anlage liegt Nahe zur Ringstraße, was natürlich sehr verkehrsgünstig ist, dadurch hört man aber auch bei offenem Fenster ab morgens den Verkehr, was uns jetzt allerdings nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Mal gucken, ob die Cabins die nächsten Jahre so ordentlich und gepflegt bleiben. Es wäre zu wünschen.

I stayed for two nights in a modern cabin close to the beach, which I think they refer to as a "luxury cottage". Friendly staff, clean & comfortable room with kitchenette including a microwave and mini fridge. A simple but filling breakfast each morning at the main building was included in the price. Brilliant! I would stay here again.

Very nice staff. Room was small, but recently redecorated. Great location with water view from dining room and close to Borgarnes with all of its restaurants. Free coffee and tea in the dining room.

Hôtel situé en rase campagne à 5 min de Borgranes où l'on peut se restaurer. Le restaurant sur place est fermé. Endroit calme avec la montagne d'un côté et la mer de l'autre. SPA et jacuzzi en libre service à l'hôtel.

Handy hotel, not much around it, but a good stop on our ring road trip.
