관리하는 스텝이 엄청 깐깐하고 불친절함 특히 조식때 누가 음식을 가져가지는 않는지 CCTV로 실시간 감시함 객실에 그 흔한 전기주전자 하나없고 세면대와 샤워부스가 매우작음 일정상 조식을 못먹는다고 하면 너희들 사정이라고 퉁명스럽게 말함

Clean room, no staff, just an automated key code when you check in.

The hotel staff was very responsive to my messages. The hotel was overall adequate. But I couldn’t plug my phone recharger into the wall because the electrical socket was broken and pretty much hanging out of the wall.

It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The hotel sent me a door code and stated that it would work for both the building entrance and the room. However, the code did not open the building door at all. There was no staff available at the location, and the hotel’s responses through messaging were delayed by somehow from 20 minutes to 2 hours on the day of arrival. Luckily, another guest helped me enter the building using a different code. After verifying my booking, he kindly shared the code with me. My sincere thanks and best wishes to this helpful traveler. The code issue was not only affecting me; it also affected other guests. The other guest was fortunate to meet me when I was returning to the building, otherwise he may have faced the same problem. The instructions were also unclear. For the building entrance, entering only the 4-digit code opens the door. However, for the room door, you need to press the additional “#” key (the bottom-right button) after entering the code. This important detail was not mentioned in the email instructions. Furthermore, the hotel address shown on Google Maps is inaccurate. When you cannot open the door, you may think you are at the wrong location, and Google Maps can lead you to another building. Overall, the lack of on-site assistance, delayed communication, incorrect instructions, and inaccurate address information made this stay extremely frustrating.

We loved staying here, wish it were longer! It was the perfect place for us since we rented a car and could to drive to everything in Reykjavik.

Nice hotel, simple but good. We spent two nights and the location was pretty convenient with rental car to discover Reykjavík and other areas of interest around.

Self check-in can be confusing. However the property is clean, quiet and relaxing.

The room was very clean and matches the photos. The TV is not a smart TV. Comfortable beds and a nice, big bathroom. The room definitely had maintenance issues. Screws sticking out of the wall where the top of the bunk bed was. The handle of the sink kept falling down unless you put it all the way up to max flow. As a result, the sink would immediately fill up and then overflow. There is no toilet paper holder. However, the price was very reasonable so if the maintenance issues are fixed, then I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient and bare bones - good value. Clean and comfy, small room, powerful shower and the best thing for me was the sparking water dispenser!! Felt like a bit of luxury amidst a quality, functional but somewhat austere place— perfect for the night before jetting out. I’d stay here again for sure.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber insgesamt ein gut instand gehaltenes Hotel und genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Check In und Check Out sind sehr flexibel und komfortabel.

Okay. However bathroom lacks some basic amenities. No towel hanger and no place to put toiletries in shower

Very good hotel just enough for a 4 day trip

Incredibly clean and cozy — stayed here twice. No human interaction as they message you instructions on how to check-in, however is very smooth process. Had to call them for during my second stay for some support and they answer instantly. Highly recommend!

Room is small but spotless. Nice bathroom. Very quiet. I would stay there again.
