근처 시설이나 관광지도 멀지 않고 접근성이 좋아서 편하게 이용했습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 요리도 가능해서 좋은 경험이었습니다.

아늑하고 방도 크고 좋았습니다.

일단 모든게 무인 시스템인지라, 문의하거나 하는 점이 불편했고, 후불지급을 신청했는데, 신용카드에사 갑작스레 빠져나간점이 당황스러웠지만 그래도 정말 위치적으로도 완벽했고 방도 아늑하고 넓어서 그 모든게 수용 될정도로 좋았네요~

반지하방인데다가 화장실 하수구가 막혀서 샤워한번 하면 물바다가 되는 바람에 엄청 습하고 불쾌했습니다. 문제점을 얘기하려고 해도 로비에 아무도 없어서 얘기할 수도 없었습니다. 2인용 테이블이 하나 있는데 높이가 너무 높아서 짜증이 날정도로 불편했습니다. 와이프와 1개월 넘게 유럽 여행중인데, 최악의 숙소였습니다. 시내와 가깝고 요리해 먹을 수 있다는 점을 제외하고는 모든 것이 다 최악입니다.

무인이라는점 그리고 아파트형 호텔이라는점이 생소하긴 했지만, 레이카비크의 중심지에서 살짝 떨어져 있긴 하지만, 찾기가 어렵지 않았고, 버스정류소 또한 가까워서 입지상으로는 참 좋은것 같았습니다. 허나 장농안이 제대로 정리가 되지 않아있어서 조금은 불쾌하기도 했습니다..

This is the third time we have stayed in Reykjavik in Stay apartments. Would stay again. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, good facilities. Easy to access, great communication. Main point to note is that this is a great price every time we have stayed in expensive Reykjavik. The accomodation is priced great. Only annoying thing is the condensation each morning on the windows, but that could be due to it being a cold country and warm apartments. Still, we plan our return to stay here again! Thanks again for great time at Einholt!

Spacious and conveniently located.

We needed 2 bedrooms. The living space was nicely decorated. The entire building was clean. Free parking for guests. Quiet area. Easy booking.

The property was neat overall. There were some gaps in the floor boards that my kids tripped on a couple of times and a loose baseboard or 2. Also, the radiating heater in the bedroom did not seem to work. We tried turning the knob both ways. There was a couple times when our outside door wouldnt open due to it being frozen but we had a great response from the maintenence team, even at midnight, to help us get in. I think the thing I was most unhappy with is that the room offered a washer and dryer which was a deciding factor in booking this place. However, upon arrival, there was no washer and dryer. When I asked about it, I was told that it belonged to another company and they removed it. It would have been nice to have a warning of this, as we did not pack a lot of clothes. Instead, we were referred to a laundromat which cost extra money and did not do a great job. My overall rating of this stay would probably be a 6.5/10. It was within walking distance to a Bonus which was nice and one of the great food halls.

You can hear all the noise from the street in the rooms, and the hallway has a rough cigarette smell.

The property is very accessible to city centre. Although the location is very prone to noise, you can hear people walking and talking during the night which disturbed my sleep

The property was easy to find, check-in was a breeze. The apartment was perfect, comfy beds, clean and the kitchen was well stocked (loved the coffee machine) the best bit is the location, perfect to wander into town.

Struttura ben posizionata, a 2 min dalla lunga zona pedonale e dalla fermata dove partono i vari tour. Nel complesso l’appartamento (3 camere) era confortevole, grande, letti super comodi. EXCELLENT all around. From the cleanliness of the room and hallway/facility. Located at the South end of all the street in Reykjavik that you want to walk for shopping and dining. Grocery store around the corner to stock you mini-fridge for sandwiches/snacks for day-trip/excursions. Marija is AWESOME. Communication was/is quick if there is a problem. She handled everything beyond satisfaction. When we come back to Iceland, I hope Stay Aparments Einholt has a spot for us. Definately stay here again and will recommend to anyone. Did I mention the FREE-Parking? We rented a car for our time, and parking is FREE. Not far away but at the entrance. Amazing all around. NOT FAKE. NOT PAID Representative. Live in New Mexico, USA.

Apartamento amplio y cómodo.

I stayed for 5 days. They communicated everything via email in advance, so I was able to use the service with peace of mind. Since there’s no need to go through the front desk or other staff, you can check in without worry even if your flight arrives late at night. Because it’s an apartment-style accommodation, I was able to relax as if I were at home. While it doesn’t have the same luxury or level of cleanliness as a high-end hotel, I still give it one less star for that, but it met my expectations, so there’s no issue. The heating and water facilities were perfectly fine and comfortable. They also bring fresh towels every day if you request them. I was happy with the service that allowed me to enjoy coffee in the room without having to buy beans or anything. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was the location of the laundry, so I used a coin laundry in the city. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making it a convenient location. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, which might be more convenient for those participating in tours. For travelers who want to experience as much of the local atmosphere as possible, this hotel is a perfect match. Thank you to the staff for keeping the hotel so clean.

Great overall. Nice and warm, good kitchenette. The windows could have used a clean. The check in instructions didn't arrive for some reason and had to phone the hotel, but the person on the phone was very helpful.

Entry to the property was OK. We had the wrong door code. We called and they gave us the right code. Apartment was adequately equipped with utensils, etc. Heaters worked good. Bathroom curtain rod was held up with duct tape. Beds were OK. Not the quietest room. The good news is they have a washer and dryer. Bad news is that they were abused, both doors were broken. Washer worked, detergent cup also broken. Dryer light came on, but did not work. Overall, an affordable option to stay that is walkable to downtown if you are on a budget.

We thank the wonderful team for their hospitality, understanding, excellent communication, care consideration, and consistency. Thanks to you, we enjoyed a wonderful first stay in Iceland.

The property can use some updating. The facilities could have been cleaned better. The location was good, I would imagine the parking lot fills up quick though. The communication for checking in and other questions we had was excellent.
