아이슬란드 물가에 비해 숙박업소의 가격은 저렴했습니다. 잠깐만 걸으면 구도심에 닿을 수 있는 좋은 위치를 가진 숙소였습니다. 실내에서 신발 사용이 금지였으며 러그가 깔리지 않아 청결해보였습니다. 아늑한 싱글침대 2개와 포근한 구스이불이 비치되어 있었고 난방이 잘되어 지내기 편리했습니다. 추가 침구가 비치되어 있어 3명의 가족이 지내기 좋았습니다. 큰 냉장고와 식기세척기 그리고 충분한 양의 세제가 있어 주방 사용이 편리했습니다. 다만, 새까맣게 타버린 냄비가 그대로 수납장에 비치되어 있었으며 이는 식기가 청소가 된 상태인지 궁금하게 했습니다. 또한 텔레비전의 전원을 켤 수 없어 이용할 수 없었습니다. 따듯한 물이 잘 나와서 샤워하기 좋았으나 샤워부스 이용 시 물이 사방으로 튀어서 화장실에는 늘 물이 있었고 3장 정도 제공된 수건은 여유가 없었습니다. 유럽 대부분의 호스트가 왓스앱이나 에어비앤비 챗을 통해 바로바로 소통할 수 있는 반면 해당 숙박업소는 호스트와의 의사소통 수단이 전화뿐이라 정말 불편했습니다.

The apartment was very easy to find and very clean. Access was simple and close to two bus stops for easy travel to and from airport in Keflavík. Location was awesome’ just a short walk from all the shopping and oceanfront. Lovely bakery down the street and around the corner with AMAZING array of different flavored cinnamon rolls and bottomless coffee. There’s also a chicken wing joint that cannot be missed!! Everything about our stay was excellent. We also did the 11 bus tour of the Holden Circle to the Blur Lagoon. Absolutely worth the day and the price!!

This two bedroom property is in an excellent location and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is staying in the city. Our particular apartment was on the fourth floor without an elevator so it can be a bit challenging carrying luggage up and down. Also of note, is the bedroom with one large bed is really only two twin beds pushed together. So if you are traveling as a couple it isn’t very convenient or comfortable to have a large crack in the middle of the bed. Otherwise, the apartment itself was perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

While the rooms appeared to have been cleaned and the sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the space was dingy and in disrepair. Missing floorboards, paint chipped walls, chipped counters, dirty furniture, stained curtains, missing lightbulbs, etc. There were no fans in the units and we had to open the ground floor windows for air. The area was very noisy all night with people walking by and yelling. We had trouble accessing the units and had to call several times for help getting into our apartments.

Very nice area. Practical. The apartment has a lot of potential but needs a little TLC. We had one broken blind and a clogged up sink upon arrival. We called and the management responded quickly. Definitely need more kitchen ustensiles and tools. We were never able to access Netflix and they were very few channels. Windows were a challenge! The check-in was delayed for an hour and we were not even notified. Cleanliness could have been better (cookies crumbs in the bedroom). We read some past reviews and basically, the same issues were mentioned. In my opinion, just a little more effort and the apartment would be great as location is very convenient.

Location was good, right where we wanted to be and convenient to where we wanted to walk to. Parking around there was a little unclear but that was on us. Apartment was clean, well equipped &!we would stay here again!

The unit is centrally located and fully stocked for an excellent stay! The check in and check out was very smooth. We had a great stay for our party of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids)

Good location. Near bus stop 9 helpful for excursions and airport transfers. Apartment big enough for family of four. Lovely and warm after braving the elements. Bonus supermarket nearby and foodhall for eating out.. Kitchen equipped with basic essentials if you wanted to self cater. Good size fridgefreezer.

Lovely apartment, comfortable beds, good heating and good facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. After much research for a place to stay we were very happy with this choice. Location was brilliant to access all parts of town; restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely recommend this apartment and Reykjavik for s fabulous holiday. Iceland is amazing. Thank you.

There was plenty of space and good amenities.

Walkable to main attractions of the city, near supermarkets and restaurants. Overall a great experience!

Great location, but the apt was i) not in good condition (rip carpet in hallway, chipped plates & cups, jammed windows...), ii) dirty (dust balls on corners) and ii) not well stocked (we were 5, but dinning sets were for 4, only one bathsheet no hand towels each). Finally, avoid 4th floor as rooms were not fully useable due to roof slope (which we all hit our heafs on at least once)

Parking is not easy Especially in winter

This place is PERFECT! I traveled with my Adult children and we loved the location, the cleanliness and location of this place. I am planning another trip to Iceland and diefintely am looking to stay here again.

The property was in a great location. Easy to walk to downtown sites and activities (even in the cold), close to shopping and groceries, and also close to restaurants. It was very cozy and warm and we loved that we had 2 bedrooms. There is no parking at this property, so when it says "Parking available" it doesn't mean on the property; free parking is about a 5-10 minute walk away.

We had to two apartments for a group of 8 and they were spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would add is the top floor apartments don't have full ceiling. One must bend down to make your way in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen does not have this problem. While this might be common in Iceland, something to just think about if one cares. The view we had from both apartments was fantastic overlooking mountain and North Atlantic Ocean.

Nice large rooms and walkable to shops and dining.

Apartment was warm, clean and tidy. Bathroom/ shower were great The tv took me some time to sort out as both end of the Arial cord were not secure and loose. Cooking, there was not a baking tray to cook chips or chicken on As far as safety the front door chain could not be used. The frame was held on with some pins and old glue and had fallen off. Not totally safe. Bedroom window was in need of double glazing as an arctic breeze was blowing in all night.

We asked for an early checkin and they offered us a significant charge to check in two hours early. When we didn’t accept the additional cost they didn’t give us our access code until an hour after check in time. We stayed two days but was only give one towel.
