My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again.

Delightful stay. Staff very friendly. Lobby was great and rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet featured Indian dishes but there were omlettes cooked to order too.

Check in experience is very disappointing as only one staff at the reception and customers are kept waiting for the check in / payment and check out

Horrible experience - I booked the club room - the room was stinking. Beds and linen was in horrible condition full of stains. The front desk staffs are lousy and non-responsive, they are not professionally managed. The cost is too high for the quality and standard maintained by the hotel. We are asked to wait for an hour in the corridor while the housekeeping crew was cleaning the room - entirely washing the room with water !!! the dampness in the room made me sick and I have to pay a hefty bill for the doctor.

Please don't suggest to anybody.

it wasn't too bad. but they have annoying wifi daily pass. Hot water wasn't available after 12am till morning.

wifi was not working. Food qlty is not so good. i have become sick after eating it.

Air Conditioner not working, inspite of complaining about it staff did nothing to ensure I had a comfortable sleep at night. Pathetic service.

Overall it was good. The reception staff could be more accomodating

The stay would have been much better if the hotel reception personell weren't in a hurry to get rid of us. we extended our stay and they showed no patience. Insted they kept calling us to see if we can come down and pay immedietely. Breakfast closed early. no wakeup call was given when asked. When Do not Disturb was on they still call you. Laundry and Car are too expensive here.

Fresh paint stink on the floor and in the room. Poorly made bed. No exhaust in the toilet. Toilet door did not close well and had a big gap which let the stink come into the room.

In front of hote is a very noisy road which is now under constraction (this is almost in all town the case). Web presentation locks impressiv but it is only cheap kitsch. Housekeeping staff always closes the curtains and switch on the light - simple reason for this: windows are increadible dirty!

Stayed 1 night at hotel as we were in transition. Would not stay longer. Breakfast staff could be a little friendlier and accommodating.

well, room service staffs are really goods, management who was at front counter they r not care about customer. if you ask somethink they not lisn what u asking, they doing somethink else. its bad think for that hotel rest of all fine.say example i was ask to arrange taxi in the morning but they not arrange or even they not tel me anythink i am waiting nearly 3 hours at the counter.

can i give less than 1..may be -1 . it was as horrible as it can get. my worst stay ever. there was some foul smell in the hotel which made it horrible even to brush. i bought a bottle of mineral water to brush. the bed was also bad. this is the least i can expect from expedia. i booked this hotel on the recommendation of the call center executivbe. he said that the hotel was awesome..but it was simply aweful. i would like that this hotel should be ticked out of the list of hotels in expedia

Alt i alt var det et rart sted at opholde sig. Der var rent og pænt, og personalet var meget flinke og hjælpsomme, og var kun interesseret i at hjælpe os, så vi kunne have nogle perpekte dage, hvad vi også havde. Eneste minus var, at hotellet ikke havde helt styr på deres bogholderi. De påstod, at de ikke havde modtaget penge fra Hotel.com, og ville have os til at afregne med dem. Trådene blev udredet efter et opkald til Hotel.com, som dog kostede os 217 kr.

バスルームにゴキブリがいた、換気がない。 アメニティーグッズはあまりない。　バスタオルしかない。ハンドタオルを頼んだら洗濯をしているから　ないと言われた。 場所は汚い、近くには買い物する所はない。 朝食はまあまあ、夜のルームサービスの食事はおいしかった。

The breakfast is good Indian fare. Pretty much everything was good except two things: -- I couldn't get wireless to work on my Mac, and neither could their IT staff -- I had to book an airport cab and was told I could not do it on the phone even though while talking to them on the phone they confirmed my reservation. I had to do it over email.
