Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.

Hotel is at good location and very near to ab road , famous c21 is at waking distance . Food quality is good and rooms are specious. Bathroom condition is good but my shower was not working properly. Overall good place for business and family trip.

Please ask for rooms at the B wing or the new wing. These are the better rooms. Food is nice. But there is no swimming pool

It was worst stay ever in indore. Wifi was not working, waste water outlet in bathroom was chocked

The hotel is under renovation so few things need to be get fixed up, but the front office staff, Sakshi and Ali do a great job. Quiet friendly and prompt to action. Even the chef Girish took personal care of the guest during break fast and lunch time, was flatten when he personally took initiative to serve dishes matching the taste as we desire. Keep it up. Long way to go.

Reasonably decent hotel for a quick stay. Will visit again but not for a long stay or with family.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in my life. On asking for a best room was upgraded to suite for free. Room was spacious, nice and clean. Breakfast spread was very good. Quick in their service from checkin to room service to checkout. Good location.

The hotel is just OK. It is run down; rooms are big but nothing is special. I am comparing this to similar business hotels I stayed (3 other hotels) in India. When I walked in the breakfast room. there was complete chaos. Not a single table was clean. Most of the food was gone; management was nowhere to be seen. I thought this was particularly odd because every other business hotel; service was excellent.

Great hotel for under a budget. Rooms are a little small. Comfy bed and good staff. Would go again.

It was a very small room they gave initially. But after my complaint they upgraded to a much better room.

Positives : Everything works amazingly smooth. Right from the hassle free check in to the butler instructing about the room and serving the welcome drink. The amenities like TV, ac and coffee maker were good. Though the room is a bit small and lacked a balcony, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom has sufficient amenities. Negatives : The room service and house keeping staff disturbed a couple of times too many even when the "do not disturb" was there. Sometime, the receptionist on duty was not courteous enough. All in all, a very nice place with good staff, amazing restaurant and offers amazing hospitality. I would definitely recommend this for singles as well as couples, but I'm not so sure about the business travelers.
