Good for the price. Close to airport and avoid all trafic

Hotel is dilapidated. Noisy, due to frequent functions that have lots of temporary guests and loud PA systems. Breakfast basic. Surrounding area is in the suburbs of the city.

The location of this hotel is awful. It is literally 45 minutes from anything. The hotel staff did not know how to process an Expedia reservation. Seems like this hotel is still stuck in the stone ages.

Full of mosquitoes, too noisy rooms and worst service.

NOT REALLY GREAT ALTHOUGH I HAD BOOK THE SAME RESORT FOR THE SECOND TIME AS I DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO CHECK OUT AND CHECK ANOTHER HOTEL. COULD HAVE GOT MUCH MUCH BETTER HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE AT THE CITY CENTRE

An excellent hotel for low budget travellers, both for business and touring. The breakfast gets passing grades, other than the made to order eggs and dosas. Dinner menu is excellent providing a very well prepared choice of South Indian cuisine and a more limited authentic North Indian cuisine. The facility has a great pool and workout facility, but internet connection can be iffy. Rooms are generally very spacious and the value for money is excellent!

The room was a let down, outdated, room & washroom need a renovation. For me definitely only a 2 star. The other facilities looked ok for me. Room service was good. Food served was really good. To summarise lots of potential because facilities are there but renovation to be done. I have tried a few hotels in this area and all show same rating as Chairman's resort but compared to those this one was a let down.

well maintained and nice hotel, near to airport road

I had a wonderful experience, given that there was a reasonable choice for breakfast, good facilities for swimming or squash or for working out. I had problems getting the internet to work since the evening staff did not know about providing even the passwords. The base room is very small, so I moved to a suite for $30 more per night and the suite is quite spacious and clean.

Quite a big difference to the pictures in the Internet, it tooked me a while to realize, that I'm really in the right hotel with the right address. But the staff at the breakfast was nice, or the staff in general was nice, the rest not!

The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was good for getting to the airport for an early morning flight and they even packed me a nice breakfast to eat when I got to the airport!

It is a decent hotel, serves the purpose. Service is not so great.

I will give you my first hand experience, no gimmicks, marketing or made up information. This should help majority of you out there, I think. I wasn't aware of the 12 noon check in and 12 noon check out rule. When I landed in Bengaluru at 2 am, obviously I made it to the hotel around 4 am with all the airport check out and commute (25 mins) from Airport to Chairman's resort in Sahakar Nagar. Since I had the reservation for the day I arrived at 4 am, I wasn't able to check in until 12 noon without paying one more day's room cost. So basically from 4 am to 12 noon and from 12 noon to next day 12 noon - (2 days charge total) Keeping in mind that booking through Expedia, the Hotel has limited options to give you since bookings through Expedia are more cheaper than a walk in booking (if rooms available). Studio room rates: Walk in or call in booking direct with the resort : Rs 2500 + 24% tax and Expedia booking was Rs 1950 (including all taxes) Since I was there at 4 am, I agreed to pay one day charge up to 12 noon same day and I actually needed to check out by 6 pm as per my schedule so the staff was kind enough to charge my only for half of the post 12 noon rental. Since I booked through Expedia, they charged me 1950 for 4 am to 12 noon and 1000 (1950/2) for 12 noon to 6 pm. The complimentary breakfast was very good since it was outdoor across the front lawn and good menu as well. Summary: It was a pleasant and carefree stay, staff was really co-operative and helpful.

Studio (chambre) assez petite, sans veritable fenetre (vis a vis important, alors on laisse les rideaux tires). Bien pour 1 persoone, pas plus ! Salle de bain basique, petite. Petit dejeuner OK, et wifi disponible dans les chambres.

Club resort can enjoy swimming and gym. End of day a good place to relax.
