Lack of communication. Had a three occupancy room and the hotel staff had no idea on handling this. Had already requested for extra bed and they ask for additional money despite payment already done during booking. Room was not ready with extra bed and had to wait for sometime until it came in. Room service also had similar experience. Even after seeing an extra bed, they were providing only two towels. Found it very strange that the shower did not have any curtains or doors. Thus the entire bathroom would be wet and difficult to use thereafter. Also the hot water temperature is not controlled. Early checkout is also a mess if you ask for a packed breakfast. They provide for only one person. Staff lacks training at this place. Until the staff gets enough training, I would not recommend staying there. Better to stay somewhere else and just spend money to visit the village one of the evenings as that is beautiful. I will not consider this to be a 5 star hotel.

we changed our room twice and one room smell very bad and another room the gave were up for maintenance

Room was smelling. Bathroom shower had no dooor - making floor slippery. The check in / out was very slow..the village near by was okay but their thali was more hyped..breakfast was good. Overall, it okay.

It was a pleasant family stay. Rooms floor can be cleaner so that small children can at least walk.

Excellent property. We stayed with the kids and wished we were staying longer. Great entertainment in the cultural village and very comfortable and large rooms. Also used the pool which was fun. Amazing level of service.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and cooperative!.. only challenge was that the water in all the bathrooms were oddly salty.

Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gepflegt, farbenfroh und im traditionellen Stil von Rajasthan gestaltet. Überall spürt man Liebe zum Detail – alles ist sauber, einladend und geschmackvoll. Die Grünanlagen und der Pool bieten ideale Möglichkeiten zum Abschalten und Erholen. Ein ganz besonderer Ort, den ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Hotel atypique et bien entretenu

Excellent property for a family outing, best part is the free access to village with tons of activities to do for kid. Highly recommend for any tourist

The property is vast and mostly well maintained. It gives a nice different vibe. However, once that gets set on you, there isn't much to do. Kids play area is poorly maintained. It smelled of seepage. Swimming pool is not very well maintained, specially the changing room and the shower area. It's just enough for some water splash time with family. Couldn't find any games facilities. Then you come to village area which has free entry. However, if you want to have dinner in the village area then that costs you Rs. 900 per adult and Rs. 400 something for kids above 5. This amount is same what you would anyhow pay if you are not staying at the resort. So no benefit here. Village area is nice. So many activities to engage into that you'll feel scarcity of time. One negative point however is - everywhere you go, people would expect tip from you. At one point it becomes very overwhelming. It would be like anyone you meet your eyes is asking for tip.

Overall, I had a great experience at the property. However, I must mention that I was slightly disappointed with the staff and service during dinner time. Despite our reservation, we were asked to wait until 11 pm for dinner, which was inconvenient. I believe that guests staying at the resort should be given priority for dinner at Chokhi Dhani, as it's one of the benefits of staying on-site. Nonetheless, after some discussion, they accommodated our request. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall experience.
