When I first entered the room I was assigned, there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. So, I requested a room change, and the new room had no issues. I stayed for five days, and while everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, you need to keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a main road, so the noise from the traffic can be quite loud until 10 p.m. Although the hotel might be close to famous tourist spots, it's a bit disappointing that it's hard to find clean restaurants nearby.

Great ambiance, great service and great location as always. The rooms seemed to have some differences in quality (had to change the room due to the bathroom having problems), but the staff were quick to provide services to remedy it.

인도의 특성으로 인해서 부득이해서인지 호텔입구에서 보안검색을 하는 것은 처음 경험함 야간에 인근 편의점도 혼자서 못 다닐 정도로 치안이 불안하니 호텔이 갇혀 있는 느낌이 들었음 조식비가 우리가격으로 한 사람에게 7만원 가량 하던데 맞는지 잘 모르겠음 : 우리나라서 5성급에서 그런 음식 내놓고 7만원 받았다간 욕 박아지로 먹을 것 같음 객실 t v에서 나오는 방송이 대부분 인도방송으로 어지간 하면 헐리웃영화라도 하는데, 인도영화, 드라마 등만 나와서 좀 불편했음.

좀 낡은 감이 있으나 아날로그스럽고 좋았음 다만 어메너티는 잘 안 바꿔주고 (체크인하는 날 빗 봉투가 찢어진 채 안이 비어있었음), 머리카락이 언제나 남아있음. 식당은 친절하고 맛있었으나 아시안 푸드는 맛도 없고 면은 말라 있어 먹고싶지 않았음. 그냥 인도 음식에 집중하는 게 나을듯

시설, 서비스, 아침 식사 등 전반적으로 만족합니다. 다만 위치가 뉴델리 센터가 아니라는 부분이 아쉬울 뿐. 주변 식당도 없어서 호텔 내에서 다 해결해야 합니다.

It was a best hotel for my business trip.

It was very good. All the staffs are very kind, and quite professional. One minor scratuch was that there is a resort fee charging in addition to the room rate. When I checked in and out, nobody mentioned about it, and I just walked out without paying the bill. I got to know later that they got authorization on the fee, and charged on my card without my signature. I feel unpleasant knowing a bill is charged without my signature. Except it, the hotel is perfect. Especailly, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to nearby shopping during weekend. It was very useful to spend some hours during weekend.

the picture of the property did not match the actual property. Hotel is okay but more like a 4 star rather than a 5 star hotel.

A good property terribly managed. Questionable policies. Be prepared to bring your own linen and housekeeping. Bring your own towels, the property does not believe in keeping towels in the room. You have to literally beg and then also you have to keep chasing them. 5 star hotel with less than 1 star housekeeping.

スタッフの皆さんが親切にサポートしてくれ、食事も美味しいです。少し郊外にあるので、周囲もそれほど渋滞しません。乾季の霧（煙）も比較的穏やかな場所です。

Room #8011 - every night there were sounds as it very close to the employee's entrance and elevators. I should have moved to another room, my bad. Even waited to fill this review to hear from them what was the problem - and they didn't reply. Great breakfast and dinner.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Für indische Verhältnisse relativ teure Speise und Getränke.Ich habe mich gut aufgehoebn gefühlt. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Teileweise schon fast etwas zu aufdringlich,

Very Clean and Modern Hotel with great ameneties and facilities.

We waited for almost 20 minutes in a queue to check in. Throughout our stay, our room keys kept deactivating, which involved more trips to reception and further queuing. The corridor carpets were dusty, with crumbs outside my bedroom door that were still there when I checked out. Our rooms were grubby, particularly the bathrooms. We were given one towel each. My colleague’s shower leaked and created a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time she used it. On our first morning there were no tables available at breakfast, no cups, the self-service areas were chaotic. My colleague had to drink her tea from a cereal bowl. I asked to move to my colleague’s room when she left for the UK a few days before me as my room was so small it didn’t have a desk. She checked out in the early hours of the morning, I went out to some meetings and asked for the room to be cleaned. I got back at 6pm and it hadn’t been touched. I had to wait for almost 2 hours and when I was finally able to access the room again, I don’t think they had put clean linen on the bed!! A truly unpleasant stay overall. The staff in the breakfast room were harassed and the atmosphere was not pleasant. The only positive was the wonderful young girl who made the omelettes. She worked SO hard, but didn’t seem to get any appreciation.

Had good time

The room was not clean and there were only 3 hangers. Electric kettle was not working and had to be replaced. Floor had dirt on it. Shower water knob was broken. Toilet water was all yellow and looked dirty.

Nice, clean and safe hotel. A comfortable home away from home.

This our first time at this hotel. Our client is nearby recommended. Great spot. Good rooms and great food.
