다이아몬드 호텔

더블룸보다 트윈룸 추천. 겐자스강 때문인지 상당히 습기가 심했음. 건물도 전체적으로 오래되었음. 하지만 트윈룸에서 묵는다면 바라나시의 다른 호텔들과 비교했을 때 괜찮은 편임. 규모도 좀 있고, 도로가에 있어서 이동하기도 편하고. 길거리 릭샤기사들도 다 이 호텔을 알기 때문에 이동하기 용이함. 호텔가격에 아침/저녁에 포함되어 있어서 따로 레스토랑 찾지 않고 편하게 식사할 수 있음. 직원들도 친절한 편임.

Great stay at nominal price. Floors throughout the hotel are made of some sort of smooth rocks like marble or granite. When it is covered with dust, it becomes quite slippery.

Very centrally placed decent hotel to stay. Clean, quite property and friendly helpful staff.

Housekeeping was the best aspect. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. They did a great job cleaning.

Very nice, family-friendly hotel. Clean rooms, attentive and helpful staff, good food, great location that is walking distance to some of the ghats.

The hotel room was good however the room service was poorly managed as either they managed to provide ordered items to incorrect rooms or they missed the service until we reminded them. Internet connection was really bad. They provided coffee two times that were spoiled without checking.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Polite staff. Paid attention to the requests. Restaurant is decent. Excellent service in the restaurant

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. The first time had a great experience but not so this time. Breakfast as usual was good. Service as usual good. The room allotted was next to the road and hence road noise percolated into the room till 10:30pm. Morning as usual was noisy. A great disappointment was TV. I could watch only free sports channels which meant was not able to watch India vs Australia test match. With a 3 star rating you expect at least this much to be done.

Food was nit so great but quantity us good. It's a budget hotel. Not very savy.

Hotel was good. However, TV could not be watched as new service provider was introduced at the hotel but set up was not good. Besides this rate given to me by Expedia and rate charged by hotel did not match. Hotel charged me more. I had to pay Rs. 4000 more. I will lodge an official complain about this.

Hotel is decent and the rooms are well maintained and taken care of. The Wi-Fi did work at all and inspite of repeated feedback to rectify it, the hotel staff were not able to attend to it. In today's world this is a major negative for the hotel. Rest of the hotel is fine.

Staying at Diamond hotel, is always amazing. The staff is very helpful and hospitality is at par with 5-star hotels. The food is excellent and never gave me or my family any issues. The rooms are always clean and have no issues

Hotel was nice but the staff was not well trained. Breakfast was very simple and just ok. Wifi was horrible - it was slow and was not working for 2 days. Even after complaining it was not addressed. Good point is the location which is next to the mall. The rooms are clean but tad old looking.

The hotel presents well and check in was fine, except we were given 2 singles rather than than the king advertised.Problem was rectified within 15 mins.The noise of 1, the street, 2 being woken at 5am and 6 am by call to prayer (if we had known a mosque was so close we would not have booked here)3 By far the worst was the rude person in a close room who contiually walked the corridor in the early morning talking on his phone. The breakfast menu had no food suitable for western taste bar a bit of fruit some cornflakes and eggs. They do not serve any alcohol at all.We were the only Caucasians inthe hotel during our stay. Would not recommend.

Renovated rooms are good and rooms are spacious.... Front desk crowded most of time with single person attending to customers; Room not cleaned/serviced every day; Safe deposit locker did not work and the one who could fix never came in 2 days; restaurent service takes time if there are more than 4 out of 10-15 tables occuped; cannot set temperature in room even though AC works, blanket for twin size bed small where imagine cold room with not fully covered body due to not decent size blanket...

Family hotel , very simple, the breakfast is ok and also lunch and dinner.
