You get what you pay for in india . At the same time, this place didn’t even offer a bar of soap in the bathroom, nor any towels. For a blanket at night i used 2 thin beach towels . Not to mention that my room had the scent of a sewer at 2 in the morning

Amazing welcome by Bernard. Warm, friendly and genuine. I booked a small, cheap room and was upgraded to a larger, more superior room at no extra cost. Bed was super comfortable. Bernard was so helpful - giving information on the are; booking taxi. Would certainly stay at Dream Catcher again when back in the area.

Le séjour a été extraordinaire. Sally et sa famille ont été adorable. La maison est très jolie et la chambre est très propre avec un balcon. La wifi est bonne. Sally m'a aidé pour toutes mes demandes. Ils m'ont offert plusieurs fois le petit-déjeuner et m'ont donné pleins d'astuces pour mon voyage et la visite de Cochin. De plus, l'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de tout. Je les remercie encore pour ce merveilleux séjour

I've been many times in India and must say that Dream catcher is one of the most familiar places I stayed at. Almost felt adopted to their family in a good way. True Home Stay! Bernhard and Sali his wife + son always present & serviceminded & giving little extra inviting you to cup of coffe and nice daily chats and very keen to ensure the quality of your stay. Bernard was very helpful what to see in Fort Cochin+ planning rest of my tour in Kerala. Their flowerdecorated Home Stay located in a quiet lane was the perfect starting point to reach the various attractions. I strongly recommend this Home Stay!

You’ll get great conversations and useful advices on your stay in Kochi from Bernard. His wife Sali is an amazing cook. I’ve stayed in two rooms and both were pretty convenient. Both Bernard and Sali are concerned by the quality of your stay. The place is ideally located in Fort Kochi

The room was fine but when I asked about Ac or breakfast I received a huge diatribe about it being a budget room. If they had just offered me an Ac room and breakfast as add on costs I would have said yes. And there were Ac rooms available. Bizarre

De kamer was iets meer dan basic. Mijn ventilator werkte niet en de bazin heeft onmiddelijk haar elektrieker laten komen om het te repareren. HEEL UITZONDERLIJK IN INDIE. Ook waren de eigenaars heel behulpzaam in raad geven over de buurt. Het is wat moeilijk te vinden voor taxi en tuktuk maar als die telefoneren komt de baas onmiddelijk met zijn brommer ter hulp. De wifi werkt niet in de kamer . Ge moet dus op de gang aan een bepaalde kamer gaan zitten .

Expedia messed up so when we checked in, our reservation said 1 room instead of 2 rooms, even though our email confirmation said we had 2 rooms booked. The rooms were small but decent. The hostel was a good location in Fort Kochi. The power went out a few times during our 3 night stay, sometimes for an hour. Bernard and family were overall kind and responded to our questions with little trouble, and made us breakfast one morning. However, Bernard made some off hand and alarming Islamophobic comments that we didn't know how to respond to. Most disappointing was that one of us got bedbugs from our room, which traveled with us to our next hotel as well. The price is low and the value is what you pay for.

We arrived without a plan of Cochin. Bernard had good tips and was very helpful. Also the room was clean and very good for our stay.

Bernard and Sally are very welcoming, friendly and informative. I stayed in an air con triple room, fine for me but would be tight if three people were staying there.

The building itself was very pretty. Good location to access the sights of Fort Cochin as they are all a short walk or cheap tuk tuk journey away.

Very welcoming reception. Good bed. I slept very well, and I appreciated the effort made by management to give me vital tourist tips to Kochi. I will be recommending. Thank you.
