The restaurant was horrible

Extremt lyhört. Kisslukt i badrummet. Smutsiga golv. Noppriga lakan.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it it was super slippery, looks like they never cleaned the previous oils that could have come from people getting massages done and it was slippery. There was also no floor Matt for after shower use which made the floors more slippery after being wet. The breakfast was good at this place however the service was extremely slow during breakfast.

The food was good.

Looked a little like a hospital on arrival, however the rooms were really good with a balcony. The shower was amazing. Restaurant was a canteen really, but food was alright. Enjoyed our stay.

Was a pleasant stay, breakfast was good. Like the variety of food.

Deux nuits en période de Mousson. Cadre, emplacement et service tout à fait satisfaisants.

I enjoyed the stay, hope to visit again...

Nice stay on there new hotel

Rooms are not well maintained, chairs and bed were not clean, molds on wall and ceiling. Bathroom tap was leaking and flush were not working properly. Service at the restaurant was good, but the table mats were dirty. Overall the hotel was not worth the money but the location and accessibility is a plus.

The stay was very normal and could not experience the hype as given by the other customer. The most worst part is the quality of food served and the un-hygienic dining environment. The food was not at all good. The table cloths where the food spread made in the buffet is totally shabby. The dining table also looks shabby.

We were pleasantly surprised to see spacious, well appointed gardens within a spacious compound of the hotel in the heart of Munnar. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Had a good overnight stay here. Got here for Onam - a festival in Kerala... had a pleasant stay and a delicious Onam feast for Lunch with 26 different curries. Perfect town centre location - with adequate views of nature. this place has a beautiful garden...

hotel accommodation has been very good. good bedroom & bathroom facility. quite clean. people who like to use more furniture this is good option. location is in the heart of Munnar, close to market. however within the hotel, the restaurant food doesnt seem to be of great. just for the hotel, i just loved it.

Good location. Nice garden and view from the room. Restaurant service bit slow, food is ok. Recreation area at the 3rd floor is not maintained at all. During the day lot of noise filters into the room.

The room was OK at first site. But after staying , you notice that a lot of things could be better : there was no hot water in the shower , the windows and curtains were not so clean , there was no fridge available in the room. But most disturbing for me was that the dining area was not clean at all. This should be much better. I would advise the management to remove all clothes from the tables , and remove curtains . This makes it a lot easier to keep the tables clean . Also the staff in the restaurant should be more aware of dirt on tables and floors in the dining area.

The location was excellent as we were an old couple and the hotel is right in the centre of city,not much climbing. has good gardens.Only thing was the smell in the entire hotel which was probably because they light up some lamp which has oil in it and it seems that was the smell which could be bothersome as it was to us. overall a very good bargain.

Plain hotel in central Munnar, but very few other options. No luxuries, no extras worth mentioning. No fridge, no minibar, no safe. Restaurant with very moderate cuisine, no alcohol being served.
