Good stay

An absolute stain on Marriott’s reputation! Very poor location, hard to find. Unprofessional service, had to escalate my grievances to the GM. There ultimately was an engagement from the team but damage was done. The positive was the management “appeared” to be serious about addressing the gaps in service and security issues. Definitely raises questions about trust in the brand.

Good place. Front desk and reservation staff are fantastic and helpful. Esp Carl and Anand are super helpful.. Breakfast buffet is good, tasty. They don't have valet, but convenient self parking.

Clean, friendly and professional

The hotel location (close to the World Trade Center) and the affordability are what made me choose to book this hotel. But Fairfield Marriott Hotel is not just affordability but the also made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay. All the staff have been very friendly and accommodating since day one. They ensure to provide you with the greatest service they can give. From the room service who ensured kept my room tidy; to the restaurant staff that served me with a smile, and yes the food in Kava restaurant is also one thing I liked; to the hotel drivers, who dropped and picked me up at my destination safely and sound; The reception staffs are all wearing their beautiful smile and very helpful in accommodating my requests. To their managers all possess an exceptional work ethics. Great thanks to Mr. Anand, Mr. Santosh, Ms. Shivani, and Ms. Vaishnavi.these people can make you feel like a VIP! They're the one who made my trip an easy fun, and memorable one. I don't mind booking to their hotel when I able to visit Pune again.

I think there is very kindness staff whose name is Kiran. He understood my order of coffee and some meals. I don't say anything but he save a black coffee and some food. It's useful for me.

Place is amazing. Food can be better and should have more options

As for Marriott you expect more. Apartment average, a bit tired. Staff is super friendly thou, right from reception desk, through restaurant, to housekeeping... Smiling, welcoming, making you feel like home. 10 stars for them.

The property is not Marriott standard from any angle. While the staff was cordial and efficient, the property itself is vey ordinary, noth something that you would identify with Marriott. The location was average, room is very small, cleanliness and house keeping is poor (there were stains on both in-room sofa and chair).

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Great hotel and excellent facilities. Only complaint is I did not get my invoice emailed to me, as requested.

Room is quiet small, AC was not working initially but later they were able to fix it
