Bad service

This hotel is spacious and has a nice room layout, however, the property is not well-maintained. We found mosquitos in the sink each morning and old/unclean furniture. One fine day, house cleaning left a floor mat on our bed. Room Service messed up our food order multiple times. There are multiple dogs on the property grounds. They are generally quiet and friendly, however, if you're not a dog person, it can be an uncomfortable experience. The staff needs to be trained properly in hospitality to provide a better customer experience. Customer service is simply just non-existent at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel is their chai!

Short stay booked to attend a wedding function as location is ideal if travelling around. We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Was raised with the staff but no one fixed during the stay which wasn’t ideal. Food options limited with water and hot drinks only offered (no soft drinks).

Hotel near main road were noise, hotel dogs barking at night . Breakfast very limited choice Hotel need updating. Mothball in bathrooms not very nice smell. Have to run tap for 10 minutes to get hot water. Upgrading my room for Deluxe to Presidential as bed looked dirty at extra cost. Wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Due to poor business last 18 months, not maintained properly. Rooms were ok. At present, no dining options.
