Clean hotel, nice rooms. Wifi had some issues, but otherwise stay was good

I would rate this stay just about OK... not commensurate with the high rating which has been given to the hotel. To begin with the person at the reception was absolutely expression-less with no sense of welcome at all. Not even a glass of water was offered on arrival (despite the hot summer temperature outside). No Wi Fi, no iron box, no toiletries (except a small one inch square soap) was provided in the room. Even the mini bar / mini refrigerator in the room was absolutely empty. For everything, the reception was like "Sir it's provided on request". You can't keep calling up the reception for every small-small thing. More so, despite requesting for an iron box also the same was not supplied. It was but obvious that the hotel intended to cut cost over petty things... Notwithstanding, the food in the restaurant was really good!!!

It is a 3-star hotel. The property, services are decent but not up to the expectations. Overall a decent experience but with good food.

Awesome

It is the Best Hotel with 5 Star service. The Buffet Breakfast is like Brunch. The service was excellent. The in house restaurant food was the Best. Not only me & my family enjoyed it but our Guest also loved it. I can give 👍👍👍👍👍 to this Hotel. From Chk in to Chk out was smooth & flaw less. Me & my family will definitely stay there in our future trips.

After a hectic 15 hour direct flight from the US and a traffic studded cab ride of another 5 hours, not to mention the time spent in the immigration, this hotel seemed like a heaven on earth. The warmth of the front desk employees and the restaurant staff was impeccable. I had my skepticism initially - courtesy - the photograph of the Hotel on the expedia booking page. But please do not make your decision based on that. The rooms are pretty spacious and the breakfast buffet is awesome. I have stayed in Marriott brands alone for more than 1000 nights and based on my experience I must admit for the price the hotel is awesome. I had spent 3 nights at this hotel.

It was an amazing stay. Been there twice. It’s a new property so everything is well furnished. Best part: Food quality is excellent & reasonably priced. If you want to do an event, they have beautiful halls for small & big crowd.

The hotel is new and very clean. The restaurant was surprisingly good, or should I say excellent. Dinner was far better than we had expected. It it were a stand alone restaurant, I would dine there. Without hesitation.

They may not have enough staff at the reception. They responce time is slow from Japanese point of view, but it is fair enough. Breakfast time is starting slow.
