Nice hospitality

Room conditions are run down. Property using faded worn down linen and bedding. Staff and service is good.

Cleaning inadequate, noticed that cleaners did not follow protocol when it came to cleaning. Fridge didn't work time to time, replaced and still didn't work

The property is located near to shopping. The rooms needed some cleaning.

It was great hotel

I thought Hilton would be a good brand but the shower was broken. There was no hot water. The room check in services were bad. Other than that the stay was ok. Arijeet Bose was truly very helpful during stay and he went a long way to sort out my problems.

Staff is very excellent and quality of food is very good. I had issue getting my reservation cancelled due to booking at wrong month. I could not get credit from Orbitz until I directly contacted front desk. It was done immediately.

Hotel was very clean including lobby, restaurant and room. I would go back again when I visit Vadodara again. Close to shopping and other restaurants.

Toilet drainage system was very poor. Stayed there 3 nights and informed customer service 3 times to change the room but no response. Room service was not good as used ear buds on bed , took picture and shown to the reception . Over all so so only

It was for a day's stay that I had booked in at Hampton. Centrally located, the hotel was clean and neat. The restaurant was a compact one. Did not have many choices, but what they did , they did well. Only issue that I faced was i herd a constant running of rodents some where in the back ground ! The hotel has promised to look in to this.

Location and staff service

For a hotel that carries the name of the Hilton chain I was truly disappointed with this property I am not impressed at all the rooms were in terrible shape 30 to be maintained the linen was all right however I was not impressed with the level of concentration of maintenance. I was impressed with the action that the management took where I had to shift to five rooms in two days just so that I could get a room that I was satisfied with I am an easy traveler I am quite flexible and I was not impressed with this property at all.
