Holiday Inn NEW DELHI INT'L AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

I stayed 2nd floor which was renovated room. BUT, there was no blinds on the bath room. You MUST add blinds in the room for privacy. It is mandatory.. Rood was very clean and nice but uncomfortable without blinds..and restaurant got more wider than before but food lineup seems less than before. Very friendly staffs same as before.

I've stayed here for 3nights and had an feeling that there are plenty of other options to take in the area of Aero city which is a cluster of other competitive hotels. Just to brief my experience at Holiday Inn in Delhi, I had to wait for check in even after 3pm because there was no room that is ready and available for a reserved customer. Sorry to say this but the room service was also awful and the after service was not professionally taken care of. Overall other matters were okay but i wouldnt recommend anyone to go for it over other options. Thank you

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, due to its proximity to the airport, the hotel is modern and has a swimming pool. We stayed at other 5 hotels in India all 4 & 5 stars- we found this one offered the least friendly staff at reception(compared to the exceptional service we received at all the other hotels we visited in india) and had the most overpriced food and beverage we experienced in India (we did stay at more luxurious hotels during this 14 day trip). Saying that the food was delicious (as many other hotels and restaurants we visited)

This is a very average option in the Aerocity area. Our room was very worn and needed some upgrades. The bathroom door didn’t slide open well and kept jamming. Upon arrival into our room there was a note saying we needed to keep our curtains closed due to painters outside. Sure enough there were men and giant tarps outside so that was unpleasant. The only big benefit was that they let us check out at 2pm instead of 12pm, and we had a late flight. The lounge is nice to visit, but the bakery and in-house restaurant have really terrible food. The bakery goods were completely stale, and the dinner was very mediocre. It was pricey considering India’s norm, so we expected a bit more.

Room smells! Room are also very dirty and small! We had made reservation for two nights, with Paid breakfast duo to a massive car accident did not make the 1st night, which lost the entire payment, fine I said but I asked since we didn’t have the breakfast if it could be transferred or refund, front desk said not possible! Not really about $ but I thought it wasn’t fair and looked like $ grabbing!!

The check in was poorly handled. Since we arrived 2 hours early, there were no rooms ready so we left after depositing our luggage only to find that they had not been placed in our assigned rooms and had to line up again at the desk and drag our luggage to the rooms ourselves. Even though each room was for 2 adults and a child and cots had not been placed and the clerk had no information about that although they arrived shortly after we reached our rooms. The bathrooms are separated from the sleeping area by a wall of tempered glass so all occupants wake up if one has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night because the light shows through. Most unpleasant for shared occupants of the room- not appropriate for families

Stayed the night before flying home from Delhi. Convenient and very comfortable. The room was very quiet and slept well. Ordered room service for dinner and the food arrived quickly and was hot!
