I had a great stay. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was well maintained and all requests were taken care of promptly. Well managed hotel. A big "thank you" to the management and staff.

Older, dated hotel that covers the basics but is certainly not a luxury hotel. The staff were friendly. Unless you got a super deal, I would pass on booking a stay here.

Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer. Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India. Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined amble. Rooftop pool ok though only 5 sun beds.

Great location. The food is great and reasonable in price. Wear tear is obvious . A safe box for locking up valuables would have been great. It was not there in the executive room we booked.
