Pas de wifi constant + bcp de problème de communication avec le personnel

Staff are very good and clean room

The property and staff were great. I would highly reccomend if you are ever in Kottayam.

A nice hotel with a big pool even though the pool area isn’t welcoming at all (nowhere to sit, no towels etc). I’ve seen some comments on stuff in previous reviews, I’d say that they were friendly in Indian standard. Good area close to the bus station. WiFi not working.

The front desk is very disorganized. Refrigerator is not working and I’m supposed to be here for 9 days. They said they will not replace the refrigerator and won’t say why. They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. I spent so much time cleaning up the water and asking for more towels. I will probably leave early and check into the grand ambassador.

Excellent dining experience. Wifi signal was extremely weak to non-existent. Courtesy of staff is dependent on your attire.

Hotel is very good loaction all over very good, swimmig pool is not maintained, pool is infront of public roof top bar, break fast was very good,

The staff at reception is rude, maintenance is very bad. Asked for water bottles and never got it was told all staff are busy asked for help to fix tv noone came rooms are poorly maintained even suite rooms

Pro - Staff , restaurants, food quality , nice bar ,swimming pool Didnt like - Strong smell of cigarettes in the both rooms i have booked . Lack lf hot water . They had issues with bouler i belive .

Mostly okay, bathrooms are tired, bed sheets are clean but some are stained, food is of good quality, varied and plentiful however table placement mats are often found with food debris on them, staff are very helpful and very respectful of guests

This is an old hotel pretending to be a luxury hotel, but has done very little to deserve a good tag or rating. Very curious layout , esp the access to restaurant -- which is almost "shady" looking. Has close access to a Bar and all focus seems to be on it. None of the good facilities you expect, are available here like a gym. The restaurant had very poor choice of snacks or veg food with poor service -- "don't care" attitude, we felt ! The shower area in the bathroom -- all water flows across the bathroom since there is no barrier or a long enough shower curtain. The shower-head, of an old-type could not be adjusted to direct the water suitably. Other points, I have mentioned in another segment below. While it is the middle of the city, it has nothing much else going for it. My family didn't enjoy the stay due to overall below-par feel. Definitely over-priced for the offering.

The hotel is centrally located in Kottyam and the service is good. We were upgraded to a better room. The blanket was a little short for the size of the bed.
