You get what you pay for. This is a budget, one star hotel that is cheap. It is basic, cramped, and in no way attractive. You get somewhere clean to sleep, to wash and keep your stuff safe while you go exploring or on your business in Mumbai. There were some mosquitos in my room but it took very little time to sort that out, I checked and found no bed bugs. The staff did not bother me and we're happy to supply a clean towel when I asked and offered to clean my room. It is conveniently located close to Bandra train station, which is on the fast line. There are some terrible reviews on here that almost put me off staying. I risked it to save money and it paid off.

This is not a proper hotel, probably more like a hostel. It is close to Bandra Railway station, but really a shady looking property. Hotels.com said the room was 23sqm. It turned out to be more like 6*2.4, or about 15 sqm room. Everything was basic.

I know abt this hotel, as my parents stayed there too. So when I was I coming to Mumbai, this hotel was my first choice & I am glad, that I opted for it.

Locality apart hotel is good. Near BKC entry from Bandra end. Mumbai rooms better than very small rooms

Bed bugs (we actually saw them in our room!!), no breakfast included as indicated, no airport shuttle as indicated and not at all accessible. Don't go! We booked for 3 nights stayed less than 6 hours (our flight arrives at 1 am) and were only able to get just over one nights stay refunded. When hotels.Com called Arma they hung up on them as did the hotel to me a couple times I called before arriving. We aren't fussy by any means we just wanted something convenient for our arrival and to rest for a couple days and this was a dissapointing & frustrating experience.

Room was good, clean. But the surrounding is very busy. Bathroom is tiny and old, but looked clean. Will stay again for a short period.

I went to this hotel about 1,00am People were sleeping around the hotel. I got off the taxi and went to inside check the room. I wlked about 10 feets rats were running everywhere. I didn't go inside my driver told me this is not safe for you. I asked hotel.com to remove this hotel from their site, it is terrible experience.

no hot water and the room is not worth of Rs 2500 worth for a day stay. It was very frustrating to my family members to wait in lobby after doing overnight journey. Also, it was already communicated to the hotel staff through phone that there are 3 person instead of 2. The room was designed for 3 person and not sure why they charged extra Rs. 400 for that. I could have cancelled if I know there are going to charge extra for 3rd person.

No parking space. Had to change the hotel after I reach there.

Very small rooms . Much smaller than it listed. Tiny bathrooms. Breakfast not served until 7:30. Overall bad experience.

I was put up in a near by apartment, not at the hotel. When I reached the apartment, I couldn't figure out what is going on. A few people were having food, people talking at the door. I was told to sit until they clean up the room for me. The room was nice and clean, with TV and AC and enough storage place, nice bed etc. bathroom was common, next to the room. I had to tell them to clean the wash basin. US consulate is about 15 mins auto ride. It worked for me, but this is not what you expect while booking a hotel. The whole environment was not that comfortable. Just a personal opinion. Practically, it was a convenient stay for a night. Cheaper than any other nearby hotels.

Very comfortable stay! Great hotel management! Professional ! Very much helping! Offered tip but suggested to give to staff directly.

Just poor.... Not worth a single penny....

Very disappointing. They have not allowed to checked in early as due to some circumstances we have reached early. Wifi is free but not working properly. Rooms are too small as compared to others. its better to stay at some hotel near by Bandra kurla complex with the same price they are providing good facilities with large room size.

This hotel is like what all the reviews say...small but convenient. I enjoyed my stay there except for the fact that the gentleman who checked me in appeared to wish he has any other job except this one. He was abrupt and unfriendly, despite my best attempts at being unobtrusive.

it was a terrible experience. we had booked a room at arma court located at bandra. when we arrived, i was told that i am being shifted to another of their branch, which is closer to the US embassy. We boarded on the van provided from the hotel, and next thing we know, we were taken to their branch at Saki naka, about 13 kilometers away from the embassy. I called the hotel manager at bandra, and he told me that he has no rooms available whatsoever at bandra. so i called HOTELS.COM rep, and she had a talk with the hotel manager and then she assured me that the hotel will provide me transportation back and forth the US consulate, both days. I was in for a surprise. after dropping us at the US consulate fingerprint location, the driver left and upon calling the bandra manager, he told me that he vl only provide ine way and not two ways. It cost me about rs.450 axtra for hiring a cab thrice during this trip...

Cleanliness was little concern. The good thing was their staff moved us to their another hotel nearby which was much better than the one I booked. Overall satisfactory stay. If you looking for cheap hotel near US consulate, this is the one.

What you pay is what you get. Its very basic but the food can be good. Its also very close to a train station and therefore easy to get to different parts of the city. This hotel is situated next to a busy street and not easy to sleep at night because of the traffic noise.
