The staff are wonderful, always trying to help. The room was not terribly clean upon arrival, but a manager quickly corrected that after I answered a hotels.com check in survey; however, I still had really inconsistent housekeeping service. The towels are old and the bed mediocre with uncomfortable pillows. Laundry inexpensive and fast. Area safe with a supermarket and mall in easy walking distance. Actually very good value for the price. Fyi: Last time I stayed in 4th floor and has better luck with housekeeping.

Friendly staff, excellent food, a great location, good amenities. Shower very old fashioned and had leakages but no big deal to me.Rooms too big for AC unit so it was very hot all night. I stayed in#406

The hotel suited us as we were visiting family that lived nearby and the position was suitable for us.

Linen was not clean, very old looking..bath tub was damaged and felt unclean to use..the bed was large and comfortable

this hotel use to be luxurious but now this hotel maintenance is low quality, same old bathroom without curtains the water will be all over the floor, low quality tissue papers for toilet, When I enter in this hotel the towels are really DIRTY LIKE A CHEAP MOTEL, then I called housekeeping and got new towels, they have very limited staff but good staff trying to keep this place clean. the bedroom sheets are dirty with stain on it , the WIFI & Mobile network will not work in hotel rooms since they are on high rise tower. It use to be a 4 star hotel but now it looks old they needs to renovate the internal things like bathroom,beds, furniture. Food quality was good had good breakfast, and staff was very friendly and trying to do their job promptly.

The front desk staff were very professional and both the check-in and checkout were very quick. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. There is no minibar. The toilets although sanitized and clean need some renovation. The food at the Fennery Restaurant is very tasty but the mostly junior staff take an awfully long time to serve food and have a rather laid back attitude to their work, which I found rather strange considering the upper levels seem very agile.

I arrived at 2pm after a long drive and needed to take a nap. The housekeeping staff was talking loudly in the hallway and loudly slamming the doors of rooms as they entered and exited the rooms. I asked them nicely to please try to keep the noise down. They said "of course sir, no problem", and then went right back to talking loudly and slamming doors. I asked the repeatedly to stop. They always said "yes sir" and went right back to the same behavior. Believe it or not, this went on until 5pm (I assume their shifts ended at five). The restaurant was expensive, the food of poor quality, and from the dining room it appeared that both the kitchen and the staff were unfamiliar with the basic rules of hygiene. The desk staff, like the housekeeping staff, were polite but unhelpful. They were also very slow and inefficient. They seemed to go out of their way to avoid being helpful. I did like the room and the location, but there are many problems with this hotel.

Overhaul it was not a pleasant stay

Attention all travellers..please do not book Aurora towers I booked the "Executive room" and they refused to give me this room on arrival. First the room was not ready even though I had requested for a timely or early check in. I was kept waiting for 2.5 hours in the lobby and kept being shuttled to different low quality rooms. Next I am taken to rooms which were stinking of alcohol and they refuse to clean them even on repeated request. When I kept insisting ..they finally showed me some room for which I settled as I thought I had paid all in advance ..will I get any refunds....and I decided to compromise. But it spoiled my trip completely Next the cafe was terrible.....cold stale food..which the staff refused to warm even on request... They are seriously terrible...Please do not stay there ever.....and the morning breakfast which is included....is cold..old....and you will be better without it

Very good quality and quiet room, Restaurant food and service Not upto the mark

This is my third stay at this Hotel, we were very comfortable and felt at home, very centrally located and can easily move around , everything reachable with famous restaurants , banks , shopping malls at walking distances. Overall a good stay, we will surely stay there again.

Room was dirty, walls had water leaks, wall paper was peeling, shower head had calcification. Food was stale,I will never stay there again.
