Det var fint efter indiske forhold. Det var ikke super rent og der var ikle varmt vand men det lader til at være standarden for hoteller i den prisklasse. Maden på hotellet var rigtig god

Prix super, mais draps tacheté et 50 personnes pour faire un checkin, déjà 2 pour les valises 1 pour les serviettes 1 pour l'eau ect. Bref toujours la main tendue devant soi pour un pourboire, ne pas exagérer, on n'est pas dans un palace

掲載されている地図と場所が違っており分かりづらい。部屋はエアコンの音がうるさいが可もなく不可もなくといったところ。朝食バイキングは美味しかった。

Sheets were dirty, bugs in the room, staff was sleeping in the hallways. However, the staff was very nice and brought me tea and toast in the morning since I was leaving before breakfast started.

It was an extremely good fnind, the staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are spotless and all ameanities are provided. The breakfast which is included is fantastic, Indian, Chinese and European style food. The restaurant with the roof terrace is lovely and extremely good value. Ravi the Manager is wonderful at dealing with all requests and makes extremely good ecomendations. It is a brilliant hotel in a great tourist area. Can not recommend this hotel more to all types of travellers!!

Je suis resté 6 nuits dans cet hôtel, en janvier 2015. Tout est conforme aux descriptions (la situation, le wifi gratuit, l'eau chaude, etc...). Le personnel est aimable. En revanche, le téléphone du Room service, qui fonctionne toute la nuit, sonne à l'étage... et toute la nuit ça sonne... et quand le téléphone du Room service ne sonne pas, alors les personnels dédiés au Room service (a priori une personne par étage) parlent entre eux... fort... très fort... Bref, n'espérez pas dormir avant 02h00 du matin ni après 07h00 du matin... Le petit déjeuner est pris dans le restaurant du Balaji Hotel Deluxe, un hôtel situé juste à côté que l'on rejoint par un couloir intérieur, au dernier étage. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, tant au niveau de la qualité et de la présentation du buffet que du service grâce entre autre au Restaurant manager. Si je devais retourner à Dehli j'irai donc au Balaji Hotel Deluxe et certainement pas au Chanchal Hotel Deluxe.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel with great breakfast, comfy rooms and quick service. My tip will be to stay at the rooms on the front side as they have better ventilation unlike the other rooms in center which are somewhat cramped and devoid of healthy ventilation. Breakfast had a variety of options and terrace restaurant gave a very nice feel to it.

Stayed for 5 days and had a worthy experience. Breakfast is great with nice variety and along the terrace which never gives you a feeling of being in Paharganj. Rooms are well equipped, spacious and great service by the staff who are ready to help at a call. Tip: Please take the rooms along the front side of the hotel or you might feel the rooms to be cramped.

I have stayed many times at this hotel and have never had a problem. The staff are helpful, the rooms are relatively clean and there is a good restaurant. The location is good, near to the train station and an easy walk to Paharganj. The only downside is it can be a little noisy, but only phones ringing. I always stay at this hotel - I know exactly what to expect and have not been disappointed yet.

expérience très decevante! situé dans un quartier sale et très bruyant, l'hotel Chanchal deluxe reste un souvenir particulièrement mauvais. le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, ce qui demeure ennuyant quand on doit faire face à des touristes étrangers. En 4 jours, le ménage n' a pas été effectué une seule fois surtout quand on connait la saleté et la poussière extérieures; le lit n' a pas été touché également. ce n'est pas la faute du manque de personnel, en moyenne 5 à 6 à la réception, qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit, parlaient fort et ne décrochaient que rarement le téléphone -assez pénible quand on souhaite se reposer après l' agitation de Delhi. Cerise sur le gateau, à mon départ, un employé voulait que je règle 500 roupies de taxes: quelle taxe? à quel titre? comment en est-il arrivé à ce montant sur sa calculatrice? taxe non reglée bien sur, je lui ai proposé de la régler sur l'économie de ménage de ma chambre. hotel chanchal deluxe à New Delhi: à éviter absolument. de meme, se méfier des hotels près de la gare de New Delhi, pas un quartier dangereux mais très sale et très animé. tried to scam us right when we arrived. rest off the stay we avoided the management. way to expencive for what you get. will not stay at this hotel againe

We we quite happy with our stay at Chanchal Deluxe. Its a little bit shabby round the edges but you expect that in India for that price range. All facilities were very adequate. En suite bathrooms are basic (eg. the shower is not separated off - wet room) but have everything you would need. I really appreciated the big TV in our room as I spent a couple of days stuck in being ill! Lovely hotel restaurant with friendly staff. We used room service a couple of times and had no problems, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find that our bill was less than we thought it would be at the end of the stay. The surrounding area is very touristy. The hotel is near to the road that we affectionately called the Las Vegas of Delhi due to all the hotel names being up in lights! There are a couple of decent shops to get drinks and snacks and an internet cafe. The only thing that we couldn't really find was any other good (safe looking!) places to eat in the local area, so we ate in the hotel restaurant, but that was fine. Not far from the Main Bazaar where you can buy all the souvenirs you could wish for, and conveniently situated for the Metro (India's underground train system).

The hotel is clean, nice and well-maintained. The restaurant is very good also. The staff go the extra effort to get you what you need. Very nice hotel. So why only 4 stars? The neighborhood, Pahar Gunj, in New Delhi is total chaos. So, even though the hotel is nice, you want to look elsewhere if your goal is to sight see around Delhi: the metro station entrance is across the flyover bridge and you'll have to get through the messy neighborhood that the hotel is in. So, find a hotel in a better neighborhood if your plan involve more than one day in Delhi. However, if you want a nice, clean hotel convenient to New Delhi Railway Station (such as if you are taking a train to points outside Delhi), I highly recommend this hotel.

It's uggly, dirty, old and noisy!! Bad option to stay!!!

I am so glad to have booked in hotel chanchal deluxe. Thanks to Mr Guman Singh the general manager, he made our vacation worthwhile. he was very helpful,,. he planned our daily itinerary in delhi, where to go.. what to see.. with the hotel car and a driver. He also arranged our trip to agra and jaipur including our accommodation and package tour and our ride back to the airport.. all of these for a very minimal fee. My husband, me and our friends will definitely stay here again on our next future trip,

3 nuits dans cet hôtel , ou Chanchal continental .I ere nuit , salle de bain trés vétuste et sale ; 2 ième nuit ,un peu mieux , mais nous avons du faire changer les draps ; 3 ième nuit , salle de bains plus récente et propre , mais impossible de dormir avant 2 heures du matin à cause du bruit intense du générateur électrique . Nous ne conseillerons pas cet hôtel .

Enkelt, bra läge, trevlig service, men fläckigt rena lakan och handdukar, störigt med öppet ut till gatan via AC'n. Ledningen mycket trevlig och serviceminded.
