인도여행 중 최악의 숙소가 아니었을까 싶네요 번호가 바뀌었으면 제때 업데이트를 해서 고객이 컨택할수 있도록 해야하는데 물어물어 간신히 도착하니까 우린 번호 바뀌었는데?라는 반응... 친구들 도착하니까 부탁했던 엑스트라 베드 준비해달라고 서너번을 이야기했는데 끝끝내 준비해주지 않더라고요 뭐 친구들이 일정보다 늦어졌긴 하지만요 그리고 가장 기가 찼던건 숙소 청결도.... 침대엔 얼룩덜룩한게 뭔가 있고 세면대는 물때랑 피가 말라붙은거 같은.... 그냥 청소를 아예 안해뒀다는게 눈에 보였네요 가성비 최악이었습니다 저 비용이면 차라리 현지 게스트하우스에서 묵고 비싼밥 먹거나 좀 더 들여서 더 좋은 숙소를 선택하시는게 정답입니다 괜히 공항근처 호텔 찾으려다 기분만 잡쳤네요

Premium Room is not worth paying 5K as- 1.Bed sheet was dirty as we arrived 2.No Towels were provided 3.No cups/Glasses was in room 4.No Toilet rolls 5.Hotel don't even provide Body Lotion

We left the chain in the cupboard we literally called after 2 hrs of checkout time . And informed them . They just denied it said there is nothing in the room We were following up with them daily Bloody thief’s That was a stone chain so important to us .

Filthy, Unprofessional staff and over priced

They were under a remodel and they moved me to a hotel two doors down. Hopefully once the remodel is finished everything will be better.

We stayed for only 1 night. The place is maintained okay. The breakfast was really good.

Room was not that great as shown on the app. Sorry to say the room was dirty and not well maintained. AC seemed to be working but the whole night had to suffer a lot. The room was not according to the price

Shockingly filthy with stained bed linen with cigarette burns, no hot water, defunct shower and very noisy due to all night gathering of people directly outside room- dark hole of a kitchen was too grim to even contemplate eating in the restaurant

They send me another hotel .bathroom conditions was very bad window was broken and bathroom waste water drains was blocked.

Breakfast was terrible.

I had to pay in cash for airport pickup despite paying for "return airport transfer" online, room was ok.

Horrible experience. This does not even deserve 2 stars. Expedia should not be even listing this hotel.

Dirty bed sheets with stains. Dirty blankets, pillows and used towels. Sagging memory foam beds. Very slow check-in pprocess. Good wifi though.

I arrived hungry and thirsty - asked if they had a bar - No! I asked is there a place nearby I can eat and grab a beer (No) - they tried to tell me not to go outside as there was nothing available - I could clearly see on arrival there was! I was escorted to my room and the guy spent too much time showing me how things work I had to practically push him out the door - this is the only time I have felt unsafe as a single female traveller (I even put a chair against the door) - when I went out they tried to stop me and ask where I was going - a very weird hotel not for single female travellers! I had been travelling in India for 5 weeks b4 I got to this creepy hotel !

Staff was not aware of what sort of booking it is when booked online and trying to fit into different room what was not available and have to explain through whole booking is been made for different type of room and was unaware of that booking amount is already been paid in full.

Hotel shuttle didn't come, take a cab there and be greeted by 12 men standing around staring at you doing nothing except soliciting tips, its boiling hot in the lobby, then in your room, AC is terrible. When you leave your room for anything at any point prepare to be asked if you're finally checking out (even if you're there for more than one night) lock on the door isn't safe, staff is so creepy. They'll ask you for an advance on your bill... I was there with my boyfriend and they refused to take my order and kept deferring to him at the restaurant and the food is no good, this place is NOT female friendly ladies please dont stay here!! Tons of nice hotels with kind staff and real locks on the door keep looking!

The hotel was filthy and there was no wifi. We had to move to a new hotel after the first night.

I stayed here for one night with some friends. The online presentation presentation seemed very nice and proper but showing up to the hotel the appearance was not the same. The hotel and the room was not clean. The wifi service was terrible. It only worked in the hotel lobby area. There are numerous of other hotels on this same street and this one was disappointing.
